Just the application for a small service business on the go Im delighted with Merchant Warehouse and my sales rep Chris Hall has been great No pressure to buy Chris has been a great resource I recommend MW and this app to all of my associates and colleagues I will give the app five stars when it can email a receipt to a customer Until then four is the best I can reasonably offer              Simple and elegant

Loved app until quit working after I downloaded OS4 Please solve this ASAP or I am taking my business elsewhere                 Wont work on new OS 4 yet

We use this app from Merchant Warehouse and I have not seen anything better We had our merchant services setup and everything before we used this app The app works well I got the money the next day from transactions                 Great and Simple App for your business

When I first got this service I was nervous but Ive had it for about six months now and it has been excellent The app is okay but the ease of using the service and the convenience for my clients has really been good Recommend this I know some of the reviews arent great but so far so good Oh and I can email receipts to my clients                 It has been great

I just started a business and they told me I would not be charged until I started to create new business They lied to me and started to charge me immediately When i tried using app on iphone it did not work for months my rep didnt call me back When I tried calling multiple times to cancel they did not return my messages There are many steps to cancel which makes it harder to do so They never refunded my money and even billed me early when I canceled the service RIP OFF     Small start up owner

The app keeps telling me invalid credentials and then crashes Useless if I cant even log in     Crashes

The installation and use of this app is as easy and smooth as Mac users would expect An excellent tool for merchants on the go who use a number of locations                 Install and Use Easy and Smooth

So far so good on my end Customer service was nice Because credit cards arent usually what people pay me with I was told within a month or 2 if I didnt use the account I could be refunded my money I feel the layout isnt that bad My only problem is that I have to constantly put in my credentials even though I feel that it should save I have yet to process a credit card but so far so good Review will be updated if something changes for better or worse              Good Customer Service

I have had this service for 9 months and will be canceling on Monday The app is ok customer service never answers their phone or returns emails I wouldnt have any customers if I operated this way Well they will be losing one tomorrow     Poor customer service

It does to boot you off the network a lotBut all you have to do is sign in and run the card They need to change the app so we can take a signature I have used this app every day for the last year on an iPhone              It works good

I have used this app for several months now and rarely have problems It works better over a wireless network than 3G Would give 4 stars if the company didnt charge 129 for a 83 swiper If the swiper were included rather than an additional cost Id give 5 stars Update while I had no problems while using the service and was generally satisfied with customer service closing my account has been a totally different experience A letter was sent May 31 2013 notifying them I wished to close the account I get a phone message 3 days later offering lower rates to which I did not respond June came and went with charges to my account July rolls around and I am still getting charged the minimum monthly fee When I call the company to let them know I have already closed the account I am informed there is a form I have to fill out The call is then transferred to another department and I leave a message stating the account is closed and I expect Julys charges to be reimbursed 2 days later I have yet to receive a return call     Good app but

we paid for the merchant account made several calls with 20 min wait times to customer service and tech support finally after the third call I found out that their app is having tech problems and is being updated but they are waiting on apple to approve the update so it will work without closing out hopefully by my tradeshow it will be working or this is a waste        still cannot use the app

The app crashes 95 of the time when trying to process a card kicks me off the app Technical support is the worst I have ever experienced I am very disappointed I looked forward to using this app but I would not recommend it to my worst enemy     Extremely disappoints

Ive been using this company for 3 years with my iPhone and just received a 99 compliance service fee I have switches to leaders and I am much happier I have a lower transaction fee lower monthly fee and no stupid garbage fees Also the app works great and does not crash     Ripoff

I dont know what people expect and dont understand the whiny negative reviews Its a credit card processor they want you to use their service and so yes you are going to get a sales pitch Hello nothing is free We were referred by another business owner and we have been completely satisfied We get deposits into our bank account in 23 business days like clockwork Its the best rate we could find with an iphone app Our previous processor would not give us a lower rate because we dont use a swipe machine However with Merchant Warehouse we got a great rate because we have a decent volume of business When I had a problem with the iphone app and could not get in touch with tech support I called my account rep and got a phone call back from the techs in a matter of minutes and had it solved I would highly recommend the app and the services from Merchant Warehouse                 Great program and great customer service

The app does not remember the previously entered email addresses Many times the second transaction does not go through when using CC reader and the app needs to be restarted        Needs improvement

Update My company has been with you since 2007 but Im sorry to say that I have now deleted the app and will be looking for a different company I specifically changed my account to use the iPhone and my pc for billing And I need to use the iPhone app 99 of the time Please update this to work with iOS 4     Please update

Im no longer using it it is crushing most of the times Im doing it by the Internet web site takes longer but works good     No good

Best app out there and their pricing is really low Plus you can get swiped rates which are much lower I got the encrypted card reader as well which I think is important to have if you take cards on your phone Other app dont do swiped transactions or use regular card readers which are not secure Get this app Highly recommend it                 Love this app

This app has been great so far I bought the swiper for a show and it helped me boost sales being able to take plastic The rates and monthly fees are better than I expected and there is no contract in case I dont need it anymore                 A plus

Wow have read some of the other reviews and not sure whats going on but have had nothing but success with the application quick support and can get someone on the phone when I call The sales rep for me was kind curteous and helpful so I would recommend the app and have to others as far as I have heard their experience has been fine as well                 Am Happy So Far

I just signed up with this company for the iphone app and decent discount rates I dont have a store or shop and I have used this app numerous times without any problems This company was very friendly and helpful before during and after signing up with them Must have app for anyone that is on the go                 Great for Mobile Access

I signed up for Merchant Warehouse because at the time it was the best app option for accepting credit cards The app didnt work more than it did out in the field so I started using their online portal which totally defeats the purpose of why I downloaded it to begin with The first thing that bothered me about the service was that youre charged 25 a month wether you use it or not Thats quite a bit of money for a service I was only occasionally using The last straw though was their poor customer service When I started trying to use the online portal I discovered that my user name and password I had used for the app didnt work so I emailed them for my info a simple request It took a week and several emails back and forth to get a user name and password that worked all the while I had a customer waiting in limbo I discovered the amount of useless numbers and codes they have attached to your account user name and password for the app user name and password for the online portal Partner ID no idea what that is Merchant number which is not to be mistaken for your Merchant Account number which is what I need to cancel my account Im switching to Square Up free service and a fee card reader Um no brainer there        Adequate app but disappointing service

I used this successfully through busy Christmas season The one thing that MUST be added is a signature screen Without it you are responsible for chargebacks              Works good

Not only bad customer service But spent almost 2 hrs to resolve a issue and close out my acct Would definitely say you pay for what u get Too good to be true Dont download it only stress will come They will process Any credit card as long as the card number and exp date match BUT IF The Name CVV and Billing address dont match Merchant Warehouse will STILL APPROVE THE TRANSACTION With you to be held liable for the charge back And they dont offer any other security options on your account to protect you     Worst Security Walls

I has used this app since it came out I have had no problems I do not have a contract I can quit at any time So if they want a contract STAY AWAY I pay 2500 per month min So let that be a guide My avg trrans is 4000 Remember you have a salesperson at the other end just use common sence           I guess beware

The rate I was being charged was very high They claim a low rate but if the customers credit card has benefits like airline points these cards are called unqualified then the rate goes to about 4 On an average month I process 20 cards and out of those their low advertised rate would apply to 45 transactions I felt mislead by the guarantied low rates Every transaction Type has a different rate Debit American Express etc are all charged differently I decided to use another App with a fixed rate of 269 and my total expenses went down by almost half They do not charge per transaction fees or monthly statement fees     Owneroperator

I still own a 1st gen iPhone which cannot run iOS 40 so I cannot use your current version 105 I understand user problems for those who updated to the new OS had hence your update which occurred just a few days before I signed up for an account at MerchantWARE So now I have an account but cant download your mobile software Is there a way to acquire your earlier version so I can use it with iOS 313        Am I stranded

This company lied about its fee structure Im very unsatisfied and warn all merchants from their deceptive practice of business I spent a lot of time researching a credit card merchant service that didnt charge a lot of fees and after paying for the reader over 60 to a surprising minimum fee 25 to now being charged a Compliance SVC PKG by auto deduction from my bank accountIm ticked They refuse to credit it back or prorate it for the year we only had service for 5 months as its considered a flat rate charge for an open account No less their customer service has been very rude from bottom to top Merchant BEWARE I will never do business with this company again     This merchant is not happy

Previous version was working well and enjoyed the ability to send Receipts via selecting a name from my contact list The ability to send the receipt to their phone number because not everyone has an email address but surely a cell phone was PRIMO Then theres the Order Number Um How about letting us use the QWERTY keyboard instead of the phone number keypad Well Now I have the IPhone5 and i am trying to get the NEW ID Tech Shuttle to work as my card reader No luck They are sending me out a new one today Thanks I will rate this a 5 when the FIXIN is in place by the third party developers           Software Update

Ive been doing my homework on a few iPhone card terminals Most companies require at least 2500 in processing fees which is normal They are do deposit my money within a few days longer on the weekends If I have a problem they fix it I only wish they had a swiper They said they are aggressively working on getting one I was inpatient so I signed up with Square I have never had such an awful experience They have no customer service to talk to And they declined me for no reason after collecting my personal information Im sticking with merchant warehouse for now I hope they get a swiper like squares and hope the fees are comparable           5 stars if they had a swiper

Would recomend to anyone looking to accept mobile payments                 Great app easy to use no issues
