Wont allow me to log in my account I can logon my computer but not on this app Cant log in
cant login was never able to they never fix it tried creating a new ID to login created tried still didnt work what do you get out of pretending to offer access to customers insurance when your apps dont function just be honest with people dont dick around with their lives and insurance worse than the website
Verification docs was quick and worked well Good to have this facility Also good job on displaying the plans on a mobile device Worked well
You try to verify income or submit a form basically enroll in the program which is what the app is for and it doesnt work keeps saying try again later nothing works
The idea behind the app is great but we already have a plan in place and it wont recognize it or let us enter the information about it like IDs etc to maybe have the information inputted We signed up to send in a verification form and can not even use the feature even though we selected and are currently enrolled in a plan since June Impossible to use for existing healthcare plans
