I was extremely frustrated by your website as I could not complete the task of changing my seat The site certainly implies that it is possible but no matter what I try I cannot do it So I downloaded this app hoping that I would be able to do it here Unfortunately I couldnt even log in I was using the account that I am successfully using on the website Airberlin your digital products are extremely deficient and frustrating I hope this poor effort is not representative of airplane maintenance or the other important parts of your business If it is I am terrified Cannot log in

Have my first flight with Airberlin tomorrow and just downloaded the app to check in The process was extremely easy and I think that the app is an easy method of checking in and receiving a boarding pass to my phone First time user
Fairly simple to use GUI looks userfriendly and seems to use latest iOS features but online checkin is buggy and crashes also occurs at times To be improved
App does not work well Flights ready for checkin are not showing as available Passbook import does not work consistently Please fix this Terrible App
The only thing Id wish for is to have it for Ipad as well The application does what it needs to do
