This is by far the worst service ever You almost never have internet and when you do it is slow Good luck trying to even watch any videos To even use your Xbox or chromecast you have to register your device and it can take days for it to finally be registered So that you have access to the crummy internet service This is awful service and an awful app that feels clunky and slow I can t believe this company is even legal This type of service should be outlawed Contact your local politicians to get this service banned from your community     Terrible App Terrible Service Masterchief

First off the app is not the problem It s nothing special and it doesn t always work that well but all in all it s not that bad On the other hand the actual service that Airwave provides is beyond terrible When you can actually connect to the internet the connection is slow and like I said that s IF you can connect The internet goes out all the time and when speaking to customer service reps they never know what the issue is or why it is occurring It shouldn t be so hard for them to at the very least provide an average product yet they fail to even come close to average Don t live somewhere that uses Airwave as their ISP you ll just end up paying for internet that barely works and is slow when it does     As bad as it can get t7bc

One day it connects the next day it doesn t The most frustrating thing is when you need internet for school work and you can t use it when you get home I hate that my apartment complex is using this for internet I am sigining up for another internet company I would rather pay monthly for fast high speed internet rather than have it working when it wants to     Terrible PreddyGirl

The app has a large number of animations that increase the use time It takes a long time to move between screens because of this design The app is also graphic heavy so you may have to click on several icons before finding what you need Including word descriptions and removing all animations would greatly improve the user experience Additional improvements could be made by using a more modern design consistent with other apps     Annoying animations difficult to use josephdobson

The app is truly simple to use has lots of information and gives you an access point to your internet provider without having to contact apartment offices The Internet on the other hand has been down for aprox 12 hours so 5 star app 2 star Internet The speed saving it from 1 star So much for always on                     App is great Skylais1

They tried too hard to make a fancy app but it isn t functional The icons make no sense and even if you figure them out it s much easier to select the wrong choice than the right one         Simple is better 16428063
