It s not a real app It s an initial interface for the mobile website You are always redirected to the thin server which by the way does not work and gets stuck 100 of the times I was unfortunate enough to fly Alitalia three times this month and not once the mobile check in worked     a waste of time gnz1

Both the Alitalia website and iPhone app are dreadful Clearly app website development is not a strength of the company really hoping the flight itself is significantly better Website The signup process on the website is confusing it takes two days to send the account number via email email is already a unique customer identifier why not use that and forces use of a 4 digit pin rather than a password Selecting seats through the mobile website unselects any current selection and does not set a new selection gets stuck in a loop of select another seat App Shows an error pop up when moving to the app home screen opening the app Linking a trip to milemiglia account through the app is not possible Selecting seats must be via website rather than app     Poor functionality lots of bugs JD0987643574311458

There is an error message when I open the app iPhone SE running the latest iOS I have a flight in two days and yet there is no way to easily access that flight info when I log in You have to enter the flight info manually         Needs more features wisest of the wise

This app is amazing it s very intelligently designed I love the colors and simplicity in it It s easy to navigate although it can get a little glitchy for instance trying to change destination and departure whilst looking at prices One thing that it is missing though are more features beyond the timetables flight status and flight booker I would like to see a fleet option to where you can see the aircraft and cabins in them Also an airport maps button just for improved travel experience while using the app Another optional thing I was thinking would be a news section that talks about fare deals and how the restructuring of the airline is going I have faith in Alitalia and Etihad and I hope they can become as good as an airline as they once were Still in amazing app                 Great app but needs more features ItalianPizzaGuy
