In this updated version of the app you cannot even scroll down to the bottom of the registration screen The two previous versions crashed So this is the third version of the app Ive tried to use and NONE of them have worked Dont bother downloading they will never bother to fix it Come on Allstate Doesnt Work
Created a new account non Allstate customer some type of error account was created though Had to switch from create an account to sign in and received a server 500 error Too buggy crashes GUESS IM NOT IN GOOD HANDS Will delete this app and keep looking Crashed server 500 error NO GOOD

Works great for organizing a basic home inventory Barcode scanning is totally unusable Kind of surprised it doesnt have a serial number field too I would think that would be valuable in case of a theft or loss Also would be nice if there was an iPad version Pretty goodcould be better

Sync with the online digital locker has only worked twice and now just gets a general error With sync not working and no way to export the data to my computer in any way other than email I am not going to spend a lot of time putting information into this app Good inventory app but needs exportbackup

I spent about 3 hours cataloging everything of value taking pictures serial numbers etcetc then they did an update on the app guess what All that work is lost Man if I could give this zero stars I would One additional reason why Im getting as far away from this company as I can If they cant make an app that wont lose information then how do they function as an insurance company DONT DOWNLOAD IT Dont waste your time like I did

Like everyone else I updated to the latest version and it wiped everything Luckily I was able to export my inventory to an email prior to the update however lost all the pictures Im hoping that there could be a feature to import that inventory Frustrated

I absolutely love this app I can keep all of my Home items in this app Personally I think it could use a few more options I think there should be a place to input the serial number for the item Also it would be a nice if there was a box to place a check mark if I registered the item on the manufacturers website Besides those 2 requests the app is wonderful Love it but needs some adjustments
Well as others have mentioned this thing crashes almost as much as it works About every 3rd or 4th item I add it crashed while taking a picture But even worse after syching successfully the first time it wont synch again Ive shut down the ipad made sure i was up to date nothing matters So all the data is on my idevice As long as that doesnt get stolen I guess its great But would be nice to actually upload to the cloud as advertised Crashes wont synch useless

It turns out if your password is not 610 characters for the Allstatecom website this app will not recognize the password even though the Allstate app does The only way I got it to work was to go to the actual website and change my password to meet that criteria But even then it was still pointless because it doesnt pull your policy information or agent information Figured out the account issue
