Frankly this app is terrible For basic functions like transfers and viewing balances it gets the job done App is not optimized for iPhone 5 or 6 All my other finance apps accept TouchID this app still does not have that feature Needs to be updated     Outdated and Clunky

Seriously needs support for Touch ID to log in The new card guard app shouldnt be separate and should be integrated with this app but its not The design is ugly and needs to be brought to current standards ABC deals dont sync from the web so its always telling me I have deals to add when Ive already added them all Switched all my banking needs to Simple bank and am now only using AFCU to link easily to my families accounts     Behind the times

It is right in the description that this option is available yet its not The person I talked to at the bank said I have to be with the bank for 30 days before I can use it Which is stupid to begin with thats the whole reason I downloaded the app But here I am 3 months later and still no option for remote deposit I work construction and it is a pain to find a branch on my lunch break or leave work early just to deposit a single check Please solve this problem My old local bank from middle of nowhere Montana had this option the same day I opened my account 8 years ago           Mobile deposits

This app is fine in its basic functionality but it just needs a few updates 1 A flat UI thats more consistent with the iOS 7iOS 8 aesthetic 2 TouchID integration for unlocking the app 3 The dimensions updated so they arent being upscaled for the iPhone 6 and 6 plus           Gets the job done 3 requests

I havent received any updates for Mobile deposits and would like to use it If you could help that would be great     Mobil deposit

I too am having the unfortunate opportunity to take time out of my day tomorrow to visit a not so local branch because of the black bar bug when taking a photo of my check Ive used this feature in the past just fine Ive tried taking numerous pictures to try and force the issue Still no luck I dont know if the problem was introduced with an app update or if its related to iOS 8 Either way it makes the app worthless for me until this is fixed     Black bar on check deposit

The works to check balances The main thing is like to see added is the fingerprint scan for logging in and the ability to view checks           Its ok

Ive loved this app the mobile deposit and the ease of transferring within my account and to family members has been amazing Glad to see the camera iOS 8 issue resolved                 Great app

The app was working wonderfully but recently maybe due to a new phone or new iOS I cant even log in Just tells me there was an error and to call a phone number I have tried multiple times     Unable to log in

I love it now that the pending balance is also indicated Many options great app                 I like it

I dont know why this is happening because Ive only recently had this problem But if you enter in your password incorrectly a bubble pops up saying that the information couldnt be validated and youre supposed to call a phone number It doesnt specifically say that the account namepassword is incorrect which would be really helpful otherwise I have no idea if it was something Ive done wrong or a problem with the app Either way if you incorrectly enter your password again then youre locked out of your account Tonight I attempted to enter my PIN instead of my password because that option is available and I thought it would be easier than entering my password It didnt accept my PIN and now Im locked out of my account Please fix this It is so much more complicated than it needs to be I hate having to call a number to unlock my account because I didnt know my password was being entered incorrectly        Logging in is FRUSTRATING

You guys had plenty of time to test this app with iOS 8 betas yet you still havent released a working version Mobile deposit is totally broken which I use often The rest of the app seems to work fine        Lousy iOS 8 support

Get this app updated or Im moving to Chase The mobile deposit Is broken Get with the times and up your mobile dev department     iOS 8 and iPhone 6 issues

I used to have my accounts exclusively with America First I had some problems with the mobile app and have since moved my money to Chase However I still have my accounts open with America First and would love to move my money back if the app is improved Here are my suggestions 1 Touch ID 2 Audible wvibrations push notifications for when a transaction is charged to my card a deposit or withdrawal is made etc 3 Appearance aesthetically this app is not very appealing It needs to be revamped to fit the latest IOS updates 4 Fix mobile deposit so you know I can actually make a mobile deposit I dont think these suggestions are too much to ask for I know it would bring me back and Im sure many others        Make me come back

The app is just okay and does the job It could be much better if was updated to include fingerprint ID login           Need Fingerprint ID

As far as banks go America first is excellent Their app however leaves much to be desired They have had 4 months to ready their app for iOS 8 and a week later we have nothing certain features of the app are broken and where is the Touch ID We get to use biometric security to log into the app but they havent caught up Based on their iOS 7 implementation it will be months before we see any iOS 8 improvements Sad for the largest bank in Utah     Horrible

With the latest update it wont let me transfer funds please fix this     Bad

For being the last credit union in Utah to get mobile deposit this shouldnt surprise me Still havent updated for iOS8 camera doesnt take pictures correctly and if you finally get a good one still wont upload it If it werent for them having a branch a mile from my home I would have switched years ago Terrible app to begin with and this shows where it is on their priority list     Still no update

Ive used this app for years and been through several improvements For me it has always been an excellent app Ive never had a problem with it Transfers are easy it feels secure more now than ever it logs me out whether I lock the screen or switch screens even if it is for half a second                 Awesome App

Mobile deposit doesnt work with iOS 802 Frustrating Black box on right side of camera image and when you take a picture the whole check doesnt show up Please please fix soon     Need update for new iOS

Ever since the new update and or the iPhone 6 The app is just terrible when it comes to trying to make a deposit Its awful I figured out how to do it But then when it says its approved they with hold my money money on my checks It could be the company who writes my checks I dont know But its kind of ironic it never happened before until the update     Dont like it anymore

Great App Use it a lot Mobile deposit doesnt work in iOS8 it crops the image Tested it on multiple devices same result Apart from that It does everything I need              Great Appbut

I love this it makes my life so much easier not to mention that I live 30 miles from my closet bank so being able to check my bank account to be able to pay bills and adjust my account is great But my new favorite feature Is being able to put my checks in my account though my phone that has been great I had been going to the bank three or four times a week just to drop off checks This has made my life heaven Especially for my business that has even better get this app                 I love this

I use to love the mobile app but now every time I try to make a deposit by taking a picture of the check the app crashes This app no longer services my needs        New version doesnt work right

Ive been using this app for a while I liked it until recently I cant deposit my checks anymore The camera takes picture fine but the app cant convert into readable format and cant deposit checks using mobile app please fix it it is frustrating and annoying     Mobile deposit doesnt work
