Update Ok so you tried and added some of the functionally below but it needs to work well to get full marks 1 Get rid of the red banner Its too bright and startling Red is associated with danger alert etc 2 Why do I need to add my credit card in the pay by mobile app if Ive already saved it it my profile and received the authentication code via text Makes no sense 3 See 1 below Keep at it youll get it eventually This extremely useful app had a lot of potential but needs a bit more work to get the rating it deserves I use it almost weekly from ORD 1 Better navigation 2 Retain saved profile information with each update Every time there is an update my saved data gets wiped out and is a pain to put back 3 State what bugs are fixed with each update 4 Adding a taxi tracker with a map would make this a 5 star rated app 5 Save airport including pick up location information in profile 6 Improve data entry Currently very cumbersome 7 Integrate with online profile           Great potential but Needs more work

This app will load on my iPhone 6 but wont load on my iPad Not sure why but very frustrating I deleted the app and reloaded an updated version and that didnt work Too bad When it works the drivers show promptly But this is too unreliable to trust        iPhone yes iPad no

Crashes over and over Cant use it Then it takes five minutes to place an order over the phone on the automated system Never have rated an app this low Am using a different cab company from now on     Horrible

Being that American is a regional cab company I must admit I didnt expect a functional branded app Ive used it many times now for my travel between the train stations and the office Ive used it both for immediate service taxi now and scheduled service taxi later The cab tracker is accurate you can see how far away your taxi is and its ETA and scheduled service is highly dependable One suggestion Allow more than four known locations to be saved              Very good app

app does not work at all thought it would be reliable but could not click at times would not load at all at times worthless app used diff taxi company     unbelievable

The app is garbage It collects your information then has a keyboard issue that blocks one from agreeing to the terms I tried over and over again Im using an iPhone 6 with latest software     Garbage

The app works flawlessly but I did have trouble making a reservation on 81213 It seems like the bug has been fixed via the 81414 update The ETA feature is simply brilliant              Cool

Only used once Said my cab had arrived at the airport several minutes before the cab showed up I was listening to the telephone tree when the cab showed up The calculated fare did not include the airport fee or the tolls despite having my origination and destination Didnt feel comfortable entering my credit card info so I cant speak to that feature        Could be better

The app is getting closed at the home page itself no matter how many times I open it Please fix it        App closing on its own

American Taxi has done a poor job with the App There is a link to call the driver it never calls The map is completely inaccurate when it comes to where your taxi is Typing boxes are not formatted correctly Very unprofessional App     Poor App Interaction

Taxi service is good though its a little annoying that almost every driver gives you a business card and tells you to call them instead of using the app The app is ok but not great           Crashes every time I open it

After the latest update the app does not work A black dot appears on the payment option screen after clicking on the next button It will not let you go forward Please fix and test before releasing new versions     App does not work in latest release

Trying to add a CC but that page is broken No way to hit submit as it closes any time you leave the zip code box With competition like Uber its just not even close to good enough Does anyone even test the app functionality New features are nice unless they break the app lol        Getting better but buggy

I can see they are trying to compete with Uber but this app does not cut it You can schedule a cab it makes you think you can save a cc on file but you cant It is not compatible me with the iPhone 6 Scheduling a cab using it is nice but being able to pay through it would be much better Sorry only one star until that issue is cleaned up     Eh just ok

This app is so glitchy Its very irritating specially when it takes your order gives you a confirmation and then poof your order disappears I dont have time to waste Otherwise I like this company but I cant rely on this app getting me anywhere     Disappointing false confirmations no rides

Ordered a taxi through the app the night before received a confirmation email Come time for me to leave for the airport no car came and there was no record of my order on the app Terrible     Thank god for Uber

They need to fix their tracking ETA and payment system Fire whoever made this app and just pay someone from Uber Lyft etc to remake it     This is why I use uber

Few things Upon ordering a cab you should be able to select American blue No need for a separate app You should also be able to select pay as you go when you order or set it as a default in your profile Currently pay as you go crashes on me as soon as I click pay whether I do it from an order entering in the cab number or trying to adjust the cab number in my order all black screens and kick me out of the app For airport pickup If there could be some kind of traffic indication in the terminals Ie Thurs night theres a backup for an hour for the cab to get in If there was any real time reporting waze traffic then drivers would know to suggest ORD terminal 5 or the hilton to save a lot of time ETA is often very far off on pickup at the airport or in suburbs It lags Ive had a few Monday morning pickups at home where the driver was more than 30 min late while the app indicated they were 3 min away The app has been improving but theres still a ton of room for improvement Oh and for text confirmations I normally get 35 messages from 2 separate numbers with my order order number pin cab number date location everything Useful to get a text but just one Stop flooding my messages please        Good service poor design crashes

Tried to use credit card on file when making a reservation and the app now asks for an email address to send the PIN to but after entering email address the only choice is the back button so its a dead end with no way to complete the order Using iPhone 4s     New version doesnt work correctly

The eta was 710 minutes and he showed up after 25 when the app said he had already arrived after about 15 min App needs to accurately reflect eta and allow customer to contact driver when extremely late           Call driver button does not work

This app appeared to work I ordered a cab several hours in advance and received a cel phone confirmation with the correct order information Unfortunately no cab showed up When I used the app to get more information it reported that no driver had been assigned I called dispatch to get assistance but could not get anyone on the line After 20 minutes I had to call another company and then wait another 20 for a ride I will not use this app or this dispatch service again     useless appmissed my flight

After entering my info and clicking enter the app fails to save my information        Cannot save credit card information

You cant complete an order now the app is broken     Broken

Just upgraded to iOS 9 and now the credit card payment process through the app is failing Worked like a charm before Please fix and I will change rating back to a 5 star           Credit card function failing on iOS 9

Texts stopped working Phone number not sent to driver Call center has no clue about app kept saying if you need help just call in your order Clunky interface The only one star is that the order does seem to reliably go through except for my phone number     Useless Better to call

I dont know who designed this app but this is the most frustrating app Ive ever used Nobody thought through the flow of users action no attention is given to detail The app always crashes when I try using it from the airport Ive used this service for a number of years but I fee they will get disrupted soon by Uberlike service that understands the value of technology     Horrible app
