I ve been using this app for a while The new feature of taking a picture of the check and electronically depositing it will hopefully be a welcome addition I ve scanned my first check and I m hope the deposit makes it quickly and safely The check seemed to be clear enough using the iPad camera Fingers crossed                 So glad this App is here PistolPeterson

I ve been asking the APCU to roll out an app for a while now and I m happy they finally did I played around with it yesterday and the app works well When you open the app and sign in for the first time it will ask to verify that you are you It will do this by texting or calling the phone you have on record with the APCU I said send me a text and I immediately received a text I entered the verification code from the text and then the app immediately let me into my account This worked very smoothly and I think this sort of whitelisting security is a great idea Best of all the app remembers my phone so I only have to do this one time The app is well designed with four primary screens one for your account s balance one for transferring money one for bill pay and one for finding ATMs and branches There is also a help menu that lets you call or email the APCU The mobile bill pay feature is very nice Imagine being away from your home possibly on vacation and realizing you forgot to pay rent You can pull out your phone and tell the APCU to send your rent payment Excellent However this assumes that you already have your landlord set up as a payee I don t see a way to set up new payments in the app This is something I would like to see added in future versions The accounts screen had all the detail I would be interested in including balances and recent transactions It didn t display my credit card transactions but I understand that this information comes from a separate company Visa and perhaps there s no way to do it I also didn t see a way to pay my credit card bill inside the app The ATM branches screen allows you to type in a location or use your current location to see the nearby branches and ATMs This is very useful for finding an ATM but not so useful for finding branches The number of ATMs overwhelms the number of braches I think you should be able to choose between displaying the nearest ATMs or branches I do not know what the nearest branch is and I was not able to find it because the ATM hits were too numerous But I did find ATMs I never knew about All in all this is a very impressive roll out of a new app I m very happy with it                     Great new app Abertijybyt
