Drivers are beyond rude They talk on the phone and then keep asking where you are going when the destination was already put in They don t like to wait even though it seems like it s not a big deal since they use meters Save yourself the hassle and just use uber Better people and clean cars     Ruuuuddeee Use uber Ratedy757

The Drivers and dispatch that do Virginia beach is very rude It Took them two hours just to get to my location usually it only takes about 15 minutes after the two hours wait the dispatch told me that my order for the cab never went through so I had to wait another half of an hour still no cab and btw it was 22 degrees outside never again 2 13 16     Never again Cloudboi_gt

I haven t been able to use the app OR their website to book a cab the past two times I tried It always gives an error The time before that I booked the cab and the app showed that it had been canceled twice for no reason then it finally kept the third reservation Then two cabs showed up at the same time It just is too buggy to rely on     Doesn t work anymore Janisimo

Made a reservation on the app and got confirmation the driver was on their way First the app showed they were down by Aberdeen Gardens then going away from my pick up point at Saunders and Big Bethel After the can was shown down near Phoebus the driver marked my ride complete This app gives you no way to contact the driver coming to get you nor their company Stick with uber or call the cab yourself     No call no show the italian man

I love this app I booked confirmed an was able to see my cab in real time on it s way within mins Took 10mins for the cab to arrive The driver was kind an agreed to a flat rate I highly suggest this app                     Easy and fast 1wickedwendy42

The drivers for the Norfolk Hampton area are extremely rude for the most part They refuse to pick people up around grocery stores and laundromat They will get mad at you if you are only going a mile or so down the road Their cabs are very poorly maintained and I haven t had one trip where the driver was not talking on his phone the whole time while driving instead of paying attention to the road Use Uber or Lyft in these areas for nice respectable drivers and cheaper fares I will not use norfolk area cabs again and I hope no one else does either     For the drivers Not the app Asgdjfkdid

I booked a taxi 4 days in advance The app claimed i was picked up and dropped off I booked another one and immediately got a call from a driver who was on his way Never showed up At last I call the taxi service a nice lady on the other line assured me that a taxi was on the way I waited outside for an hour and a half not a single car driving by and missed my train         No Taxi Jackeast
