New version won t give any detailed information on debit card purchases It just says debit card purchase and the dollar amount Old version showed purchaser information like Walmart for X dollars Now I have to go online to get information that used to be on the app     New update is worse than old version Jtown73

The new app update said that it had enhanced functionality I disagree It looks like an app a new company would put out for their first app I don t like the colors I hate the fact that the transactions now don t show where the transaction took place I really would like the old app back In my opinion there was nothing wrong with it This app makes me think someone had a deadline to turn something different in so they just turned off all the good stuff of the old app and handed it in as new     Going Backwards Lttmcperkins

Everything was fine until the new app update happened It always locks me out After a couple of days it deletes all my sign in information Will not allow me to reset password unless I have security questions set up which I have done countless times When I try to do reset password link it will send me and then tell me the link has expired when it hasn t even been two hours No good contact phone number where you can check your balance Can only speak with someone through business hours Just not a good experience when you need to check your balance late at night Extremely irritated Will be going in Monday morning to close down all accounts I don t want to have any relations with a bank with little to no accessibility     Extremely upset Bexoxos

The app works wonderfully if you want to see what your balances are If you want to look at the actual transactions it crashes every time     Great for Balance Info Golf9991

This app hasn t worked in months It closes and doesn t give me a keyboard to enter my password I ve called the bank I ve gone into the bank and both people told me it is ATT s fault I ve gone into ATT and they say it is FNB app and to call the bank Even the guy at ATT could not get this app to open on his phone Don t bother with this app Very frustrating     Does not work TCGrimes

Most every time I try to log in the app says it has trouble with my accounts and closes I also no longer have the option to use Touch ID to log in Ugh it s super annoying     Will not work m0n1c@-j3n
