I think it is difficult to navigate this app Once you figure out how to accomplish a task it seems to be pretty reliable             Nice start but needs to be easier to navigate J51047

Well at least it seems to work for basic functions There seems to be a lot of functionality but when you drill down many of the menus you can t actually do anything just look around Add to that it s a little overzealous about security It doesn t offer the option to save your password or use Touch ID and it logs you out immediately if you switch apps Want to use a calculator to add up all those bills while you re entering a claim You ll get logged out Get a phone cal Logged out Urgent text message Logged out Really painful especially for someone who is actually security conscious and uses really complex passwords I ll probably just use the website from now on This app is a giant waste of effort I hope they will improve it Either that or I ll switch to a really simple password thats easy to remember Like password1     What a mess Ripely and Newt

The app is easy to use easy to read and navigate My only issue with it is that it shows your name ssn birth date and address under the Profile tab For security reasons I think that s a problem                 Great app KayWantsToPlay

I ve used this a few times to submit claims It would be nice to be able to see all my claims like the full web site The claims don t get updated beyond the pending approval state Also it doesn t allow me to attach PDF files that I receive as receipts to these claims Instead I have to take multiple screen shots of the PDF and attach them as photos I guess this would require integration with other apps like Dropbox Box Evernote etc                 Useful but could be better CS1870

I love this app It brings my FSA interaction to 2015 It is easy to use easy to make a claim from my phone no papers to have to scan and sign and save I can check my account balances and payment history I just love it Thank you                     Wonderful Davesgrace

1 Very secure too secure I have to answer secret questions every time even more hassle than any of my banking apps 2 Balance check only part working for me 3 Add claim crashes when trying to add photo so no claims are added and my time is wasted         Good idea poor execution DH SD
