Ok so the app worked Well enough to use and check stuff Now Not so much Nothing nada completely non functional What did you guys do Thinking about moving some accounts out to a bank that has a working app If not fixed will close accounts in an orderly fashion as they finish It will be an inconvenience but things already are Probably a good thing this happened since it will give me the reason to move away from Berkshire Things have been slipping for the last few years     What Happened

I was able to see what I needed but it needs to have the ability to rotate Also I have a transfer from one account to another set for about 2 weeks from nowit does not show it Other than that its good to have this app Cheers           Ok but needs to rotate

One of the only reasons I chose this bank was for the ability to make mobile deposits The app crashes and they do not work Completely useless and a big disappointment They should fix this as soon as possible as they are losing a lot of business because of it     Crashes cant make deposits

This app used to work finebut you cant even log in anymore The whole screen is unresponsive no matter where you press Please fix     What happened

This app echoes exactly what the bank itself is complete and utter trash on all accounts no pun intended     Not even worth one star

1 Network is very slow Ive needed to check my account in a pinch and couldnt even get it to load 2 Updates to accounts it was almost impossible to know what interest was tacked into a loan until after I payed the bill 3 Account clearing if a loan is payed the account should be cleared from the app its kind of an eye soar if there isnt a reason for it to be up there        Needs serious improvement

Its great to see that Berkshire Bank has finally come out with a mobile banking app Its great to be able to check account activity and schedule a payment from the convenience of my phone but the app is missing a key feature that I was really hoping formobile check deposits Its also very odd that the app logo and banner dont even feature the Berkhsire Bank logo           A good start for banking app but needs improvements in the future

I downloaded this app to avoid having to deposit a check I loved the fact that I could do this It worked and as far as security questions if Im doing mobile banking I WANT security What do you expect people I thought the questions were a breeze Dont let the negative reviews dissuade you              Great app timesaver

App used to be fine but now every time I try checking my account its down for maintenance I understand the app needs maintained but its becoming an everyday Id like to check my account via mobile like Im supposed to be able to Please fix it     To much maintenance going on

I felt like I was logging in to launch nukes or something with all those questions The app does what I need it to though and is easy to use after the onetime probing Ive yet to try to deposit a check though              Man that security

Okay guys lets be honest here Yes the security questions were a little much but just because signing on for the first time was a little annoying does not really warrant a one star rating I was literally afraid to even download this app because of everyones bad ratings The app is fine It works well and does what I want it to do check my finances on the go              Calm down everyone

Sluggish online banking system were talking alerts and functions that come numerous days later they should A grumpy attitude ridden customer service staff Wow Even With great lighting and perfect pictures of checks the deposit function rarely works App constantly giving wrong information which in the end has cost me a lot of money The bank itself is offering services it cant keep up with a big fish out of water Dont get this app dont get this bank Fair warning     Bank should have a rating equivalent to the VA

I signed up for both B of A and BB tonight no problem Im all for a reasonable amount of security I think BB got it right Only two people couldve answered the questions me and my mother Thats about all I can expect              Not sure what all the complaints are about

Would give 0 or NEGATIVE stars if possible Ive wasted hrs trying to deposit a check via the mobile app It used to work but now refuses even though Ive taken the same quality picture Ive tried dozens and dozens of retakes but I keep getting an error message I called tech support only to find out that No one else is reporting any problems with the app Really Try reading these app reviews If a bank is going to have a handful of locations tucked away from anything and anywhere they might want to get networked in via newfangled features like remote deposits before they find themselves losing all of their business to other banks     Cant make deposits via app
