I just bought my wife a dash cam because the area we live in has high traffic and lots of accidents I do my research find a decently priced dash cam for the money it has all the features I m looking for high heat tolerance small decent video resolution parking mode reliable and most of all ease of use to set up and operate via the app Only I download the app twice and it crashes on start up both times What is going on Should I return this product since it isn t able to work as advertised This is serious damage to your product company name in my opinion I don t see me buying any product you make in the future     Are you kidding YvneSpr

As of now there is no way to save a video out of the app No way to save to your camera roll No way to email to yourself or save to Dropbox Absolutely nothing So if you re ever in a situation where a police officer or Judge needs a copy of a car accident video you re out of luck Until this is remedied this app and the camera are absolutely useless Blacksys please update the app so we can save to camera roll When you do I will update my review Thank you     No save to camera roll xXDUBNINJAXx

The app does its job when it works You can view and change settings download videos and stream live footage from the camera However the app tends to work when it wants to and is littered with spelling and grammatical errors The developer should spend some time to fix the bugs fix the language issues and update to support 7 7 screen sizes         When it works it s fine but lots of bugs malbrecht92

The app is both good and bad but the biggest problem with the app enhances the problems of the camera system itself Firmware updating process is broken immediate crash when you try to check for updated firmware How am I supposed to update the cameras firmware when your app crashes IMO you re better off choosing a different camera and company one that updates their products and fixes bugs         Where are the bug fixes Stealther
