Easy to use Smooth sign up Alerts work However I charged at one station yesterday 82914 and the app said my car had been unplugged No alerts came through to confirm this So I checked on my car and it was still charging fine despite the app telling me otherwise When I did finish charging all alerts were sent and received as configured Wouldve been a five star review had it not been for the false flag unplugged status              Great but for false flag unplugged status

Get application Start application EULA page appears but is EMPTY Wont load and im not accepting it without reading it given other reviewers comments that it has some crazy terms Anyways couldnt click on Accept button because it is disabled Tried killing the app restarting phone reinstalling Hopefully the chargers have better engineering than the iOS app     App bug renders it unusable

Have used this app for months and now it crashes on charging status check on iPhone 4S with iOS6     Crashing hard

Im not making another accountIll delete the app till the update comes with Facebook loginrate is steep too try to work on that 2 bucks for non members is laughablewe know its cheeper than gass but seriously were not that dumb        Needs Facebook support

App needs to differentiate between various flavor of DC Fast Chargers SAE and CHADeMode chargers are for different users           Needs improvement

The location map worked fine for me in San Diego county The issue for me and its a pretty big one is the charging screen I dont need to check if its charging I want to know how long its been charging how much battery life has been added Would a remote stop charge function be too much to ask But in all reality PLEASE make the app way more useful by letting us check how much our vehicle has charged           App Soso

Whenever I use this app I see only 2 locations in my local area They are both at hotels but the second one shows up as grey and offline Does that mean it is unusable or that it is just not online to send information back to Blink              Nice app to see local charging stations

Ive been using the App regularly and new EV Chargers are indeed i can see being added to Locations that updating has been key and verrry helpful Design and layout is clean and intuitive its live location Mapping feature is great So too the status in use chargersavailable chargers feature is excellent In sum i now upgrade this App from a Rating of 2 Stars up to 4 Stars given that new stations are indeed being added as they roll out RobW              Getting much better as New Chargers are Added

The Chargers in Ohio never work and dont show up on the app Customer Service will treat you like you dont know to use a plug This company and the app are embarrassing     Frustrating App and Chargers

My volt gets 38 mpg and goes 38 miles on a full charge which means a full charge is equal to a gallon of gas Your charging stations near me are all L2 which take 4 hours for a full charge Even if I paid for a premium membership 30year which lowers the cost to 1hour that means I would pay 4 for a full charge Gas today is 339 Electricity in my area is 09kw My battery is 16kw You are charging way too much for this service     Gas is cheaper

I like my card and the chargers but I cant log in to the app My account signs in with Facebook and the app doesnt allow for that     My FB verified account wont log in

This app doesnt use NFC to allow payment from my iPhone at the blink kiosk This is basically the only thing I want it to do Everything else it provides is redundant or incorrect information about charging locations and the charging state of my vehicle     Should use NFC to replace my Blink card

The status of the stations reported by this app is rarely accurate This is not a third party app There is no excuse for bad data It is only useful to map the locations        The status of the charging stations is not accurate

I tap Get a Blink Code and a spinner appears for a second and nothing else happens Cant get a code so I guess I cant charge iPhone 5     Cant get it to work

I just got my Blink Account set up on the PC liked the authentication to Facebook which worked fine I wanted to be able to use the service via this app with my iPad and iPhone The ONLY option to use this app is via an independent ID and password There appears to be no trusted method in place to leverage my Facebook Identity This is a fairly worthless application if I cannot use it on my mobile devices No reply back from support yet but not holding my breath     Dont try to win a staring contest with Blink

Save your money I couldnt get out of faulty registration loop So basic a procedure and yet it didnt work I gave up trying Go with ChargePoint instead     Rubbish

Why dont you fix stuff wrong with the app Make it look better Make it easier to use Update it for the new iOS No you update it for your own stupid analytics     An update for analytics

Recent apple update must have broken this app It used to work but now shows the splash screen and tries to flip over and crashes App crashes on my iPhone 5S and iPad Air     Used to work Apple iOS update seems to have broken this

Application shows chargers as functioning but none allow for them to be remotely started I attempted to charge at 4 different locations that had a total of 14 chargers NONE of them functioned Doesnt waste your time     Blink is Broken

Its too expensive for this service I rather to get a gas and only wait 2 minutes to fill it up This should be free service or 050 max if you guys insist     Whats the point of EV

Unfortunately I do have to agree with the customers who state the prices are a bit steep which isnt about the app itself however something to consider About the app Is there a way to show more details as to where the charger is exactly Most places I go to have the chargers in large lots or parking structures Other apps allow customer input photos etc I hate circling to find a charger Ive also gone to areas where the chargers were not accessible to the public but this was not indicated on the app Please consider this for you next update Thanks           Needs more detailsinput

I have a blink charger at home so the map of available chargers isnt as important to me For the most part I use the app to tell me when the charge is done After the last update itll ALWAYS say Charger is plugged even after I unplug it used to say charger is unplugged Small bug I hope yall will fix it Also It would be nice to be able to enter your kwh cost and keep track of how much you spend on charging              Needs a bug fixed

I downloaded this app to check out the blink charging network I was aghast as to the prices 2hour You gotta be kidding me A total charge would cost 16 compared to the 5 for a level 3 full charge that takes 10 minutes Charge point stations are mostly free and the ones that are not free cost 050hour Wake up no one is going to use your ridiculously priced charging stations     App works but Blink network overpriced

This app is good The service Blink provides is great How much do you pay for electricity Probably more than 12 kw hour So I plug into Blink at 150 hour as a Basic member and use 79kwhour Blink makes maybe 60hr and my car is charged when out and about Blink is a GREAT deal When more of us use them they will probably bring prices down as overhead is covered They will also provide chargers that provide a faster charge Go drive your gas guzzler but until you discover a better solution to global warming stop shooting down the few options that actually make a difference                 Review the app and get your facts straight

This app is a real piece of garbage Takes forever to load gives error messages for no reason and the most important feature the map incorrectly labels Blink chargers as available when they are actually occupied Great work Blink     Crap

Switching the map to satellite view causes the app to fail at next startup Then you must delete and reinstall Other than that I can find stations and get codes for charging if I dont have my card The whole blink system is slow Data retrieval and authorizing cardscodes is painfully slow              Fatal Map flaw

Worthless app crashes every time I open it this worked for me in the past and since the latest upgrade it just keeps crashing Going to the competition as I write this nrg eVgo has lower rates for both guests and subscribers and their kiosks are better maintained     Useless

Would like to see more charge detail EnergykWh Power kW and time occupied That way I know how long it has been charge and how much Energy being charge As for price they should charge per kWh instead of hr Many state have passed this new law includes California and some other state           App need improvement

If you purchase an Electric Vehicle there are two main public charging station networks Blink and ChargePoint To use them you must sign up to obtain an RFID card which is usually free I received my Blink card after a few weeks and now I can charge at Ikea stores and other Blink locations Without the Blink RFID card there is no way to charge at a Blink station I charged up at Ikea and this app went into action automatically It sends notifications when charging starts and completes or if some nefarious individual disconnects the cable from your car Alternatively you can get these notifications via text message so you dont have to install this app but the app certainly does a good job In general if youre an EV owner and you want to charge at public stations you shoud 1 Get Blink and a ChargePoint EcoTotality cards 2 Get this app as well as the PlugShare app PlugShare is the best of the EV finding apps 3 Enjoy electric driving              A MustHave for EV Owners

Unfortunately theres not much value to an app that doesnt give info about your account and incorrectly states that the station is not charging when it actually is     Not much info incorrect charge status

There does not appear to be any way to obtain a blink code either as a guest or a member This unfortunately renders the app rather useless Thanks anyway Blink     Not usable

I created my account using Facebook login which is nice because thats one less password However this app only supports login with password so they makes it much less useful If youre going to have SSO please fully support SSO especially on mobile especially for an app that is really better on the phone than on the web           Does not support Facebook login

They need to work out the bugs on this application I downloaded it and made several attempts at registering an account     Downloaded but it never registered

My car needed less than 2 hours to reach a full charge on 240v 20amps I now realize that blink 240v charge points must be less than 20amps This allows blink to keep the bill running at an expensive rate of 2hour Now my car sends me a text message when fully charged yet blink continued to run the rate after my car was charged for another hour by just being parked there At a total of 8 for 20 miles of range using gas on my volt would be much much cheaper Blink is giving EVs a bad name never using them again     Scammed

I will revise my review once its fixed Im simply trying to register an account and it gives me an error message Unable to connect to blink network Verify network settings I tried it on wifi and full LTE to no avail Please fix this asap     Trying to register account error

The app works so far so good Good fairly intuitive map feature with legend Can generate blink codes and check charge status Ill check back if there are any problems like others have suggested                 Seems like everything I need

Apps like PlugShare make Blinks official app totally unnecessary especially in regards to finding a spot to charge This app routinely lists spots as openworking when I get see on other apps they have been downbroken forever Blinks app doesnt even show your account balance or charge history either info that would be vital to have on the go The notifications are redundant as most cars provide similar SMSemail updates on charge status You do get the fancy spinning charge animation to stare at in this app though so a star for that     Redundant info and no value added from app
