It is nice to have my bank accounts on hand at any time I am not always in a place that I can get into online banking or call customer support I can know in an instant if my balance is low what has cleared my account pay that bill that I forgot about or transfer money to another account                     My bank anywhere anytime Bignev77

This app is very useful for everything from checking my balance on all my accounts to paying bills and depositing checks I have not had any problems with any of the app features and I love the way everything runs so smoothly This makes remote banking very convenient I ve recommended others to Busey based primarily on my love for this app The only feature I would like to see added would be the ability to access an ATM with the app but I understand that that s rather complicated to do securely                     Pretty much perfect Ahbleza13

The logic in the check deposit is flawed and repeated attempts to get someone at Busey to even care have not been successful When it works it is great but too often the picture of the back of a check gives an error that it is not the same size as the front with no option to remedy other than to retake I have taken 100s of retakes both front and back but some days it just doesn t want to work Calls to customer service all result in you have to go to the bank which is not always possible and usually very inconvenient The app should at least have a submit anyway function to let someone review Live chat also doesn t seem to work won t initiate         Deposit function unreliable DoublePat
