I use this app all the time when trying to help figure payments for my clients I only use it as an estimating tool ONLY They always get an exact payment from a loan officer The one thing I don t like is when I try to add a POA monthly charge or any other charge it does not change the payment I don t know why it doesn t recalculate             Pretty good Vatitlegirl

I m a homeowner a mortgage guy and a CPA This rocks Stop looking now load it and love it I highly recommend this for more sophisticated homeowners Homebuyers real estate agents definitely for mortgage professionals this is without doubt the best financial calculator for a mortgage that I found in the App Store and I must ve tried least 10 others this is got great features it s very simple to use and I like the fact that this can scale up from simple to advanced and that it s designed to be easy I can see qualifying ratios and qualify people over the phone in real time wherever I am and then email it to myself and to them And one more thing Did I mention that you can save your scenarios very cool The only glitch I have found with this is due to third party keyboards I use swype but I found if I change to the regular Apple keyboard that I don t have any problemsat all well done kudos                     Wow This is it Thank you G finder

I ve used this app for years and has been in my top list of real estate apps I always recommend it to my clients and fellow agents However the latest version destroyed the UI and took away the ability to email the estimated payments and charts to my clients who are now forced to download the app to be able to see their figures Even though I recommend it to clients I am not into forcing them to download or sign up for anything It s just the way it is nowadays in 2014 you know So I will e glad to revise my review to 5 stars as long as we can email charts and figures to clients within the body of the email or an easy to open PDF attachment         Does not support email AFU78

I have used this app for a couple of years know with no issue great easy calculator I am a realtor and the recent update got me in a real bind with a client recently When projecting their estimated mortgage I imputed a monthly fee of 295 for the monthly condo HOA fee and it did not carry over to the overall mortgage expense like it use to Please fix this issue         Condo HOA monthly fee glitch Junk player

This is by far the most complete mortgage calculator I have ever found online or otherwise Though not intuitive it is very useful for those looking to generate mortgage specific numbers like the front end back end ratio I used it while reading articles etc When I bought a house I tried many other mortgage calculators and this is the one I always came back to                     Comprehensive Merlinqxg

The only way to input the number of Points is to use the slider which is ultra sensitive It is so sensitive it is takes several tries to get it to stay where you want it even when I am sitting down with my phone on my desk Every time I lift my finger off the slider the points change PLEASE add the feature to type in the points with the number pad Once this change is made I will buy the full version but not until then Other than that this is a great mortgage calculator and probabally the best available in the iTunes store         Please add a way to change points with the number pad PartyMarty1123
