Please tell your security officer to implement one time pin to authenticate online banking or use the app authentic b c the ACTIVATION code is a nightmare I don t know mine and have to go to the branch if I don t remember it or else I risk my account being suspended And why am I limited to using the app on 1 device You come late to the game and still oblivious to what others are doing         One Time Pin Qscfty

The only good thing about this new app is the fact that you can now pay someone directly from your mobile thats all Registering and activating this app is a real waste of time and money Yes it is going to cost you to register this app It took me about an hour in the branch on a quiet day to get it registered and activated And if you happen to change your cellphone number with capitec you have to go and re register this app What nonsense is this This is not a well thought out upgrade and still needs a whole lot of work to make it good Come on Capitec your competitors are light years ahead If you cannot catch up maybe you can learn something from them             NICE BUT NOT SO NICE manenuf
