CASHFLOW - The Investing Game

Developer seem to ignore user request regarding saving progress Have no idea what they are thinking           Good but No Save Progress Function

Cashflow 101 the original PC software was wonderful this is very basic Please integrate the original functions into the iPad version ROI being a big important piece when deciding on a deal     A nice Beta

I have the board game and keeping up with the paperwork can be a hassle This iPad version is lovely and does everything for you My only gripe is that I cant play other people that have the game on their iPad You have to pass the iPad to the next player No wifi or Bluetooth support I wouldnt even mind playing people from other countries Please give us this much needed update              NICE but

App force closes randomly and you always have to start over if you leave the app and come back Even if its running in the background Very annoying and frustrating Please refund money or fix bugs or never make apps again please     Force closes randomly

I am so happy I can play Cashflow on my iPad Now I can play it anytime I get ready This is simply AWESOME stuff Im loving it                 h2jennings

Fun but active game is lost and you have to start from the top if you go out for a moment to check an email even though its still running in the background We miss the animated mouse and stock options too           Loses Game Too Easily

I took a loan for 5000k and the only way to pay it off is to pay in 1000 increments so 1000 is 1 click I will have to make 5000 clicks to pay off the loan Better test the game before make it available on AppStore     Not good

This game was the greatest when it was working I was totally hooked Now it doesnt work anymore and thats very upsetting I get no response I hit start game Just the normal click sound The only reason Im not furious about it is because I didnt spend BIG money on the like I would had for the actual board game     Didnt want to write this

Love this app really fun to play Defintily worth the price if your enjoy personal finance games I wish they had more advanced game modes including shorting and options though Maybe in a future update or a new game                 Great game whens the next one coming

I was anxiously awaiting Cash Flow 101 for the IPad I really enjoy playing Cash Flow on my computer but after working at a desk all day I dont want to have to sit at a desk to play a game But now that Ive played the Cash Flow IPad game Ill be going back to my computer The IPad game is drably colored and doesnt use the whimsical cartoon rats as players Also missing is Rich Dad Rat and the Tortoise to make comments on the play Seems to me this misses a big marketing opportunity where players could link to videos promoting other products The font is rather small and difficult to read I know RD is marketing to Millennials but us Boomers still want to play too But the biggest problem is the financial statement I thought one of the original goals of Cash Flow was to teach people about financial statements In this game everything happens automatically the player doesnt have to drag the various amounts to the correct location on the statement Some changes happen so fast that you cant readily see what has occurred on the statement In the computer version there were exclamation marks that appeared to highlight what happened Playing with the bots is frustrating Again everything happens too fast You barely have time to read what comes up on their roll before the box disappears and goes on to the next move PLEASE GO BACK AND LOOK AT THE COMPUTER VERSION OF THIS GAME AND MAKE THAT INTO AN IPAD GAME The computer version was whimsical and appealing with the cartoons for the various dreams and most importantly it was more educational     Computer Version was Better

Every single big deal I was offered for 5 games would put my cash flow in the negative This isnt the first time Ive play the mobile version but something felt wrong it may be the programming Please fix it Why arent I allowed to pay down expenses also the game isnt beatable I wont ask for my money back Ill just stick to the board game     Flawed game programming

While I enjoyed playing this game woe betide the person who buys it expecting to learn anything about financial management Among the unrealistic aspects of the game are 1 When I had very few assets and lots of liabilities the game forced me to buy a 17000 boat Really What financially savvy person does that 2 I can purchase rental property that improves my cash flow merely by paying a downpayment without paying another dime until I sell the property So Im borrowing thousands of dollars and not paying a mortgage payment on these investment properties Where can I find a del like that 3 Have they not heard of birth control I got no choice about whether to have a child           Enjoyable but less than useless as an educational tool

It is a replica to the board game I wish it had Cashflow 202 options as well as network play           Network play

Cashflow is probably the most important game ever made Ill be buying the board game and teach my kids for sure However the app game will randomly freeze or completely crash from time to time Please fix this issue           Great game glitchy though

Really cool concept but when you get to the fast track the game becomes incredibly boring           Fun but flawed

Ive been wanting to get this app as soon as I was able to get an iPad I finally breakdown and get an iPad and this game doesnt even allow me to go online and play with people from other places like you can on a computer That makes no sense Am I just doing something wrong If playing online with other people isnt an option I want a refund        Highly Disappointed

Events in game are not random Anytime you lower cash flow even temporarily you will automatically find that you hit the child and pay expense boards These are non random events meant to educate But it flaws the rat race              Educational but obvious non random ruin entertainment

I love to play this game despite its flaws The game is still educational but could be better 1 You shouldnt loseend game because you close it and return to it later 2 You should be able to play with friends and family online 3 You should be able to see the financials of the bots at the end of the game so you can learn from them 4 You should be able to look at all your financial including Rat Race and Fast Track at the end of the game 5 If a bot wins I should be able to finish my game with them out of the game 6 Dice seems loaded              Few flaws

When stocks come up as a shared opportunity the other playerbots are allowed to buy more stocks if they already own that stock when they should only be allowed to sell the stocks they already have But as a human player Im only given the option to sell or pass Also the bots dont display any strategy for buying stocks They always buy 20 shares if the price is 20 or less They should buy more if they have more cash on hand and the price is very low Also the bots seem to always sell their real estate condos 3bdr even if they end up taking a loss on it which makes no sense I even watched a bot go bankrupt when it sold a property it was making passive income on took a loss on the sale and had to borrow money from the bank to cover the loss and ended up going negative in net income              A few bugs with the AI

No explanations or help It just throws you in Not great     A little help

Just played the board game for the first time yesterday and enjoyed it then saw this for only 5 and decided to get it One of the biggest hassles with the board game is constantly changingupdating your financial statement which is completely eliminated with this app Its all done for you automatically So thats the good part that and the price I think the board game still sells for over 40 Now for the flaws one of which is pretty big The first and biggest problem I have is that it doesnt seem to save your game This means that you have to play straight though and cant take a prolonged break or close the app as it will prompt you to start a new game when you reopen it The second problem is that there is no way to play with someone else using a different device its only pass n play or play against the computerbots This isnt a major problem but would be a great improvement A lot of people are commenting that the computerbot players cards go by too fast But after playing a bit I donts think that is really a problem I mean sure there may be some strategy by tracking the other players deals when selling opportunities but Im not even sure you can sell opportunities in the app as you can in the board game I have to play some more to see Absent this strategy it really doesnt matter what deals the bots are getting and buyingselling My biggest problem is the lack of a save game feature Otherwise a good game at a good price              Fun but with its flaws

I enjoy play Robert Kiyosakis Cashflow game The problem that I have with this game is that when I earn a lot properties cash and or I get out of the rat race the game crashes on me or whoever plays with me This problem needs to be fixed seriously              Fun Game but Crashes

Maybe Im doing it all wrong but Im having a lot more fun buying stocks and assets in the rat race than when my passive income reaches its goal and Im moved to the fast track Consequently I choose to borrow money to keep my expenses just above my passive income each time I buy a new asset I accumulated more than 500million doing this and it is much more fun than cruising around the fast track acquiring things as quickly as possible Maybe thats a flaw in the game or maybe its a fact of life Im not sure              Fun until you get out of the rat race

Beautiful UI My one vice is I wish the bot would go a little slower so that I could see their decisions clearer Besides that when does 202 come out                 Love It

I was excited to learn about this game after listening to Rich Dad podcast and wanted some pointers to learn how to get out of the rat race It seems I learned my obvious which is to pay down my debt with my income For some reason I thought this would be more realistic in mirroring the life that is given to you ie Nurse with steady income Somehow I would roll the die and land on cash flow and my income would increase In the real world that doesnt happen out of thin air I would like to understand the methods of computing with stocksshares I dont understand that so it wouldve been helpful to have the game tell me why and what the purpose would be for that It wouldve been nice to see my pay down for my debtsI dont know I had this idea of how the game would teach how to make better choices financially speaking What I learned was to pay down my debt and somehow increase my income I suppose by means of another job If I missed the point it would be nice to have an explanation otherwise        Could use some explanations

My game for my iPad mini doesnt work I could use some help But I have played the board game and I thought it was amazing so happy I have the chance to play it mobile Just need some help getting it working                 Not working

I read the warning before buying only to hope it was not true but alas it is The dice are LOADED CASHFLOW cheats If the game does not want you to win it will repeatedly load the dice so that you will not land on any of the many available spaces you need This is particularly true once you leave the Rat Race What a ripoff and shame The board game is amazing and very educational but the developers of this game are just plain lazy Do not buy unless you are prepared to be cheated from time to time Did I mention CASHFLOW cheats     AI Engine Cheats Do Not Buy

When the app closes the game is reset and all the progress is lost Its good as long as you dont do anything else on your iPad     Does not save

Please fix this great game so that players can pause it and switch momentarily to another application           No PAUSE button

Ive been doing some thinking the new board should be included              Its Me Again

I love this game and am planning on buying the board game I wish there were more business and investment minded games out there I wish I could stay in the rat race area longer than meeting the expensecash flow goals so I could see how much cash flow I can get                 Game is a blast

Missing ability to save game to be able to resume at a later time Game should be able to remember where you left off in case you leave the app or it crashes        Needs more work

I never learned finance from family or school and am 27 I work in the hospital in a respected field with NO money experience I caught the money bug started a Roth IRA with a friends help and got this game to get me started Now Im addicted and cant wait for the coming pay checks to carefully work my way into trading THANK YOU                 Masters level and learning

The random nature or dice is not replicated in this game the black hole of downsized can grab players with un canny regularity In fact in one game all four players were downsized at the same time Also the whole idea of the downsizing freezes all assets with no selling stocks or offers seems punitive not educational You should still use the real physical game 1st and after as this is just a poor substitute Still its better for your brain than sitting at an airport watching cartoons              Major problem

Entertaining game with great educational value A couple of suggestions 1 the bot turn goes by to fast to read so that I would know which deals they take and pass on 2 include background on why a deal may or may not be good would add to the educational value of the game              StrideOut

Really fun game with lots to teachlearn If only it would let us connect to Game Center or bluetooth play with our friends The game runs better on newer iPads with stronger processors so you can feel free to check your email or go to another app without CashFlow starting all over and I know this because I had an iPad 2nd gen and now I have an Air2 and its flawless We can leave the game in the background sometimes from morning till night when I get back home to finish play and pick up right where we left off Still want wireless connection option to share the opportunity and fun                 We want wireless play
