I wanted to like this but hear this developer You need to make this more like the Ikea catalog app I want to be able to pinch and zoom in on an individual item and blow it up to a giant size Each item in the catalog is so tiny that I can t really see it well I get that you must be working in some cookie cutter format and you want all your catalogs to come to you in the same format Then you want people to click on them if they want more info on an item and end up on a website or third party page That is too much work All I want to do is do what the Ikea catalog app does kick back relax and immerse myself in the catalog Photograph each object so huge I can see it in giant detail After all isn t that what retina display is for Why are you showing me a 300 coffee maker in a 1 2 inch size You had a great idea here Stop killing it with teeny teensie tiny little images and ridiculously small text that you cannot pinch and zoom and make any larger Sure you have a pop up window that makes it a little bit larger Guess what This is an iPad not a computer We don t want pop up windows We want to use our fingers to pinch and zoom We don t want your cookie cutter layout of 8 items per page per catalog That is the most boring format ever Let each catalog be different Maybe you should take a look at what some of your competitors are doing Ikea is not the only one I would like to see this app succeed but for now I am not impressed             Needs to take more cues from Ikea catalog app badkitty_

If you re going to compete with Google get it right This app will not save or create a favorites list Yes i see the little heart you are supposed to tap to add to a favorite s list but taping it does nothing Thus making this app unless     Favorites list wont work Moses Avalon

I am loving these catalog apps so I downloaded this one just now It is ok but transitions from page to page are slow and the items are touchy so if you touch one it will open even if you didn t intend for it to The biggest issue I have at the moment is that the wish list is not working I tapped the icon a number of times on various catalogs and still nothing Please fix this feature         Ok but buggy LJMA

Even though I do a ton of shopping online I still love shopping with catalogs too This is a pretty decent way to shop catalogs because you can flip the pages of a whole bunch of different catalogs and kind of get the same experience as paper ones except this is way cooler because you can tap into anything you see and buy it My favorite part was that I could save stuff from a bunch of different catalogs in my own wishlist They seem to have about 50 75 different catalogs so far Look forward to seeing more                     cool design FencerB

Not sure why this app is getting positive reviews the developers must have sent in the shills The app shows pretty catalog covers that are either the real thing or at least look it So I assumed the same would be found inside No such thing It s just page after page of a simple boring grid of products prices and brief descriptions You can click on an item to get a somewhat less brief description There is not table of contents and no sections of any kind You can jump to a page number by selecting from a drop down list but that is it you are guessing as to what might be found on say page 50 Now in their defense most catalogs these days at least short ones don t have tables of contents or section tabs but at least items are grouped logically Some of the catalogs included Do at least have say all the shoes together all the shirts etc But for example the Home Depot catalog is just a jumble of microwave ovens next to garden tools But with a print catalog you can quickly flip through the pages find the section etc An electronic catalog needs to give the reader a bit of help since you aren t getting that little glance at the pages as you riffle through This app gives you NO help Real catalogs are also laid out attractively to group things together on the page and draw the eye to sell effectively This app offers nothing of the kind just page after page of boring grid layout Before I actually opened the app I thought great I can look at the actual catalogs which I thought in some cases would be a nicer experience than the merchant s website Wow I could browse through the Edmund Scientific catalog But these aren t the real catalogs and I d imagine that in every case the web site will offer a much more satisfying experience than this useless dreck I can t even recommend this to keep a bothersome kid occupied After a few minutes with this they ll be even more bothersome than ever after experiencing the frustration of using this app     Wow is this ever useless JT92101
