I ve been using this app for some time and never had any issues until now When I log in my account tab doesn t work I can click on the other less important tabs and they show data but not account data The screen is blank Also no app support available or working         Problems with latest update Roth in VC

The developers seem to have have created a very stable app It just needs some tweaking and they won t know what customers need unless we write the review So I want to go on record that if some improvements were made I would gladly rate this app 5 stars Here s my experience I can easily check balances easily transfer money etc It is Bill Pay that needs tweaking As it is now I can only do very basic banking with this app I got the iPad for the security of paying my bills online Unfortunately this app is very limited with regard to the Bill Pay features and does not give the same options as logging onto Windows which forces me to use my Windows laptop defeating the purpose of this app Here are a couple of examples Example 1 From the check register view I need to be able to see who a check was written to As it is now the register just says Bill Pay That s fine if one is able to remember each and every check they have written the date and amount I am not blessed with a memory like a computer so the only way I can find out is to go to my Windows laptop It s very inconvenient Example 2 When using bill pay there are times I need to edit a payment add a new payee etc Once again that option is not available with this app I have to put my iPad down and drag out my Windows laptop Very inconvenient On the PLUS side however if you just want to do bare bones banking this app is great as is But if you need to use Bill Pay you may find the limitations frustrating Again the developers don t know what customers need unless we write a review So I want to go on record and state if this app allowed the same features as when logging on with Windows I would gladly give this app 5 stars and could finally retire my laptop             great basic app but needs improvement for Bill Pay GrannaSAnne
