So I got a new iPhone7 and now I can t sign in with Touch ID The screen is blank in settings It won t even remember by sign on info Major pain As I use Mobile banking often The business Touch ID works just fine by the way Hmmm Any answers CB T No Touch ID screen Scurvy Mom
The app has been useless for over a month Keeps on reloading and gives the timed out message a few seconds after update I dis installed an re installed the app and the issue was fixed I also just received an email from customer service suggesting the same thing A little late for it to be useful but it nice to know there is a team monitoring User Experience Love it Whereisglo
The app looks nice and works decently for some features But as of today their are several features not working for me logout bugs sometimes save user id doesn t work settings page is blank and can t set up Touch ID Decent but with problems Capshurd
After the latest update I was unable to use the app Every time I logged in it said connection timed out So I deleted the app and re installed it and it works fine now Need to delete re install Jduekfiejiwkdnidw
Most recent update literally makes it non functional Once you put in your pin it says the connection has timed out and then you can t do anything else I didn t think the app could get worse I was wrong Very inconvenient Completely unusable Sweetsprinkles

CBT once again did something just enough to say they offer the service however it is very limited You can look up balances transactions transfer funds between accounts No bill pay no transfers to friends accounts or nonCBT accounts nor anything else Ever since they took over my old bank Vineyard theyve eliminated services added fees basically become like every other bank except they dont have a lot of locations or ATMs Add another disappointment to the CBT scorecard Very Basic Basically Worthless

This is a decent app It is good for daytoday needs but doesnt provide anything more Certainly is helpful when you cant access a computer The only problem I have with this app is that it seems to always have problems on the weekends Sometimes it wont accept my password and other times it wont let me view recent transactions Other than that it is a very helpful tool Decent
Usually works great But I cant access account w this app for past 2 days because its having a problem logging in Problem logging in

This app is way better than the other bigger banks So proud of my bank definitely worth the wait Awesome
