I made the mistake of using this app for over a year All of my information including firearms training records and permits vanished Not after an update or after logging out just opened it one day and everything was blank I contacted the so called customer support Sent 3 emails all of which were ignored I sent an email to the developers which was also ignored Functionally the app is ok but what s the point of using it if everything you put in it disappears Don t use it     Don t use this app SGT Pooty

Over a period of two years or so I tried to find this app serviceable It s a great idea ruined by having all my data deleted repeatedly and NEVER getting a response to an e mail about it I deleted the app hoping someone else will create one that works     Good Idea Poor Execution willowdetect

I was excited about finding a tool to track my training and progress I m on board with the reasons for doing so But I ve received too many emails and feel immediate pressure to subscribe at 5 month My trial has expired in less than a week And give us your credit card to protect your membership No thank you I wish it wasn t so internet based I d much rather pay for an app outright and manage my own info         Really wanted to get into this Matt2237

I really just want this to keep a record of my guns The app is focused on handguns to all long guns have to be entered as Other The interface is problematic and you lose data if you don t do things right The subscription is way over priced The interface is attractive with s it s gun theme I m hoping I find something better that fits my needs better and works better         Mediocre at best pldrcy

The app is very well laid out in terms of the user interface however I like many others who also left a review lost all of my data firearms and training logs without any warning That is ridiculous I can understand capping the ability of the app at a certain point without payment but it makes no sense that it would delete all of your information if you don t sign up for a subscription Also as others have stated customer service is very slow and virtually nonexistent Absolutely terrible Look elsewhere or just keep a notepad     Set up well but you will lose all your data Tdouh

I have been using this app for about six months with no problems I have added 5 firearms and logged many trainings without issue You can document your training with pictures and text I find this to be a great resource when I go back and review my training It s been several months since I last logged and all my previous logs are gone Not good     Use to be Excellent and Useful now a bummer JTBC251

This is a great app but I don t like the fact that after I get home from the range it says I fired all my rounds at my house I d like to change the map location Unless I m stupid and there is a way but I could not figure out     Great App But Map Location Chunkadunkk

You have to pay 5 a month after the trial period ends in order to continue using the app to store your info Would be a five star app if it wasn t for that     Pay to save after 14 day trial TheJuice182

The App itself is very easy to use It would be a great way to keep a log of all practice shooting permits and firearms BUT After you enter in info and create your own log you either subscribe to their five dollar a month charge or you lose all the information you have logged I lost over 4000 rounds of detailed practice logged in over a year s time and all photos on the system Repeated attempts to recover my log have gone unheeded The customer service is horrible They WILL NOT help in any way over the phone They state they will only help by email which is a joke They return my emails very slowly sometimes taking weeks to respond My best advice is to not have anything to do with this app Certainly do not log anything in that you do not want to lose I recommend staying away from them at all costs     Very Poor App Terrible customer service Pie Tails

Got this app months ago and really like the overall design but it has some critical bugs that make it unusable for me The log timer stops when the phone locks or when switching apps so you have to keep it open and disable auto lock which drains a lot of battery Using a timer is silly anyway they should just allow us to log a specific amount of time manually Also choosing a specific expiration date on your license doesn t work I filed bugs for these issues and they did reply saying that they would address them but it has been months and they have not addressed any of them so I ve stopped using the app and won t use it again until they update it         Has bugs that they aren t fixing derekjkelly

The phone app is very good One of the few apps I ve been able to find that that is any good at all for documenting your range time Problem is you are quickly up sold for the expanded desktop interface services Can continue mobile app at no additional cost Would be worth maybe 99 monthly but not 4 95 for those services                 Great app but pricey Larrybg03

I keep getting an error message saying I need Internet connection I ve got full signal on my Wi Fi in my house I ve even tried turning the Wi Fi off and going to full 4G connection and neither works Useless app     Can t even sign up cheap thrylls

The range part of the app is so helpful in the monitoring and training Taking photos of my targets specifying what the focus was and making notes for that session is invaluable It also helps in accounting for how much ammo I use in relation to my training Also having access to updates in video as well as email also helps keep me up to date It s an integral part of my range day session and I will continue to use this app                     Awesume App for All Gun Owners JoeTommyPopsFo

I ve been using this app to log my range time It works great for that I like being able to snap photos of my targets for later review within the app I ve tried a few other apps to do the same thing but this is the nicest I have come across For free hard to beat If you do the paid subscription you can sync with your other devices There are a few navigational issues that I was told will be addressed in future updates Ability to view pics without actually editing the log entry for one But overall it s a great app Recommend it if you like to log your range time                     Log that training Perfect almost 777Stormer777
