Ceridian Benefits Mobile

I was able to log in but do not see the ability to take pictures of receipts and submit claims Frustrating Thats the reason I would want a mobile app     Features

Only able to see balance and claim history When creating a new claim I only receive errors This would be my primary use for the app     Limited in use

Cant log in and just learned that even if I could all I could do would be view account balances So what No added value over a desktop browser     Doesnt work

I have not upgraded but the old is so poorI could log in but if I toggled away from the app for a second I had to relogin Once I completed the reimb detail I tried to upload a pic I already had but there was only a way to take a picture So I did but I could not see if it was a good shot very well or edit Before I could submit I was interrupted for 12 minutes and the app logged me out and erased the reimb details     very poor app

This app used to work okay but since they upgraded on January 13 it will no longer allow you to login he gets caught in some kind of security loop that keeps asking you for your pass code and keeps trying to reset it over and over and over and over and over and over again Dont bother downloading until they fix it     App doesnt work after 40 upgrade

Signing in resetting password is a simple process Fill out an electronic claim snap a photo of you receipt and submit right from the app Direct deposit reimbursement within 48 hours Thanks for making my Healthcare Spending Account a cinch to manage                 Flex Reimbursement is Easy Convenient

I wouldnt update to 40 unless theyve fixed it Doesnt log you on just keeps prompting for Security code Dont fall for the its your phone ignorant excuse customer noservice might suggest Wonder how they could even release it Dont you guys QA     Update Epic Failure

When I changed the password via browser then this app wont let me update it After I enter the passcode I get Password is invalid Please verify your information and reenter error message As the app stored previous password locally and it wont even allow me to update it Very bad design     Password change issue

Been trying to log in since last week and the app crashes everytime I attempt to log in I am entering the correct user id and password and it just crashes Deleted app and will download again after fix Checked for new version and nothing is there     Crashes with every log in attempt

v37 worked just fine but 40 completely misses an important mark Like the ability to even use the app Dont upgrade until they fix it I got same passcode screen run arounds others are describing and pretty lame customer service who also told me like others that it is my phone I dont think so luckily I somehow downgraded back to 37 by deleting quickly and restoring from cloud purchases 40 didnt even have save username option at login like 37 did cant tell you about any other differences because I couldnt E V E R get logged on     Update Failure

I was quite enthralled with the idea of having this app and being able to submit a claim quickly in the fly with my appointments and be reimbursed faster However the app has a couple of issues that make it difficult to use If these are resolved then I will rerate it at 5 stars 1 Each time I select a category to type in amount provider etc the screen scrolls to the bottom for some reason and I cant see what I am typing I have to manually scroll back up 2 It does not allow me to upload any digital receipts Meaning it wont let me use the camera roll or other apps dropbox iBooks PDF reader etc To upload receipts It brings up the camera automatically and doesnt allow for any other receipt upload method The only receipts I typically have are copays Prescriptions most doctor visit expenses etc receipts are usually Medco or VSP or Bluecross for electronic PDFs I rarely have a physical receipt Therefore I would like the option to use another app to upload a PDF or some other form of receipt At the very least the camera roll should be accessible so I could save screenshots for the receipt I have an iPhone 5s using iOS 703 if that helps any Fix some bugs and add some features and I will give it 5 stars Thanks        More features please

I called ceridian customer support and they said the app should not require a pass code I have followed instructions to the tee and nothing It was suggested that the app might not be comparable with the phone This is the same phone that I had last year and the app worked     App no longer works

This app does what its designed to do let you see info about your flexible spending accounts which is only for healthcare for me I was able to login on my first attempt I was careful about using the proper case I created a PIN and had immediate access to the same info that I see on my computer One cool feature that I couldnt take full advantage of because i didnt have the doc with me was the ability to take a picture of and upload a receipt to support a claim that was waiting for it I wasnt able to initiate a claim so Im giving this app only 4 out of 5 stars              Good for its purpose

Update to version 40 now works Quick fix Thanks App not workingthis update is a fail I followed directions was asked for a pass code and then got stuck on the loading account page              Updated status Dont update Updated status

Reviews as far back as April reporting the same problem Unable to sign in At my benefits fair we were told by a rep that they had a mobile app This is such a joke Having an app available to download but not work is not quite what I meant when I asked do you have a mobile app     Still not working

Just as others here have said the app will no longer allow me to log in Major fail     No longer functional

The app DOES NOT WORK I have tried it several times and Ive also called ceridian to reset the password One rep was very rude and didnt know that they had an app another gave me a bogus password and hung up before I could try it CERIDIAN FIX YOUR APP     Can I rate this zero stars

Great idea for an app but worthless because I cant login Fix it please     Cant log in

I Never liked this company as a benefits provider bad customer service and now I dont have any money on my transit card but I have a balance and its app so basic its useless and takes up space Not very convenient and user friendly It seems as if the company created an app just to say they have an app     This app is just like the company

Users must submit a claim on the web Once you submit a claim via the web then you can use this app to located the claim and attach a picture of a claim receipt You cannot start a new claim with this app           only use to upload pictures of claim receipts

Like everything Ceridian does this app is slow and inefficient     Terrible

Dont be surprised when this socalled app doesnt work You cant even log in It perfectly suits the nature of Ceridian They will never do anything for you I emailed them and two weeks later they replied that the app is for HSBC Since they cant get zero for ratings i have to give them 1 star     What a waste

I had to create and submit a claim from the website first then use the mobile app to take a picture of the receipt and add it to the existing claim Would have given 5 stars if I could create and submit a claim from the mobile app           Can only add receipt from phone to an existing claim

Works great could use a few more features to make it even more useful Have been able to test all functionality such as take pictures and submit receipts check claims status etc Some suggested feature adds are notifications of when the status in claims changes when payments are issued etc              Great tool

Could only file new claims for Heslthcare FSA account There is no feature to file for Dependent Care expenses only to view account history And if you get locked out of the app the customer service phone number has nothing to help with app issues The app is now useless to me        Meh

Need to add scanning and uploading to give this apps a more useful tool Need more options     Scanning

Just downloaded app and cant get it to work Keeps asking to enter a passcode then validate it then after Loading Your Accounts screen it states I have to reset my password on portal Have done that 3 times now giving up     App doesnt work

Submitted my receipts and filed a claim by taking pics of receipts and explanation of benefits right within app App is not pretty but it does what I need so Im very pleased they have this Even easier than faxing things in                 Awesome

This app was handy when you could submit a receipt from a picture This feature is now been removed although it is listed as a capability Please bring back the receipt upload feature        Loss of receipt upload capability

The app does NOT allow one to submit new claims like it really should Thats what I was really looking for     Rather limited functionality
