Citibank is now requiring an OTP for transfers between accounts This app was supposed to help make that happen No OTP sent despite multiple tries help searches etc And because all this has eaten up two hours I ve had to re login multiple times Just wrote requesting help and response was 2 3 days I need to do my transfer today so I ll have to call Oz from the US to try to get ahold of a human Very annoying     Not functional Stig O'Tracy

When this app works it works pretty well When it doesn t which happens getting support awful Multiple phone conversations Long times on hold Many I apologise But no one can help         No Support JoeinOz
