Great concept but not thought thru or tested As soon as you try scale to screen OFF you can no longer get to settings and are stuck forever on the webpage you were on Cant enter a new URL or do anything else as no gestures now work as webpage just moves around no matter what you do Was this even tested before submitted to iTunes Did Apple even test it Deleting App is only option to fix but why bother reinstalling Liked the concept of full screen browsing but they need to fix The instructions dont even match the real view shows icons on left and they are on right Also QR code is generated but has no way to save you have to make screen shot and then edit away text below QR code URL and page name Half way thought through guys Finish the app then release it Not thought through

although going pro allows you to clear your history and the page source if you are wondering it does nothing else i paid for the pro version in hopes that eventually options would be added to clear cookies and cache as well i dont know what can be done for the address bar for it tends to open when scrolling maybe have the option to open it from the top i like the full screen i like font i like the pictures it really helps when your eyes are shot i like the big buttons other browsers look like theyre intended for a computer in appearance which for me makes no sense when using a touch screen option ideas always start on homepage have main menu slide from left and bookmarkshistory slide from the right go pro

Clean intuitive No tabs yet but they are on the way and it turns out that I dont even miss them that much I instantly deleted Chrome and gave this a dock spot Only complaint is that the address bar pops up a bunch when I scrolling Surprised how much I love it

I liked Clear Browser until It only allowed six bookmarks So I paid for the upgrade to Clear Browser Pro but theres no place to download the upgrade which is an inapp purchase If you click on restore purchase it says you already purchased Where or how do you download the upgrade Confusing inapp upgrade

Now 5 stars After a few bug fixes UI improvements and some tips for using the browser This is a great browser Great job I like the browser the full screen the simplicity the speed It is a very fast browserbut one should never ever ever have one gesture for two different functions This browser uses the one finger swipe up to scroll the page and access all the functions I really like the function page as everything is right there But getting there requires significant amounts of work as you have to get the gesture at just the right speed distance and stopping to get the functions open otherwise you scroll down the page It took me a 12 hour to work at it to get the functions to open less than 50 of the time How about a bottom corner touch or for that matter anything else and it would a 34 star improvement Needs Work Now 5 stars

This app does everything it promises It is simple elegant and intuitive My only recommendation would be to tap the top part of the screen to return to the beginning of the page Straight forward and simple

This is an absolutely gorgeous piece of UI While the gestures can take a little time to get used to for example when browsing a page with a lot of verticality eg Facebook I found myself inadvertently refreshing the page or bringing up the URL bar the very short learning curve is more than worth it in return for the sheer amount of real estate the browser grants you And as other reviewers have mentioned its pretty darn quick on top of all this Definitely worth the download A beautiful piece of software

Best browser for iPhone iPad Perfect

This app is good for the intentions needed for Seems a little slow at times but what to expect when using and go around software Ok for my needs

I am using this to develop some iPad apps that are pure HTML CSS and JS I needed to preview the pages in a fullscreen browser and Clear Browser did the trick I paid the 2 for the Pro version and was disappointed that I could not connect to Clear Browser using the developer tools in Safari on my Mac I assumed it would work as Clear Browser is probably webkit based and Ive done this with Phonegap apps but maybe its not possible It would be a nice feature if you can implement it Decent tool for developers
