You guys shuld have the option of one way trip today I couldnt buy it cause you dont give me that option           unhappy

Really shameful that this app is still available despite serious problems Each of the 3 times Ive purchased round trip tickets Ive received the outdated error message Had made my purchase 1520 minutes in advance I boarded anyway since my credit card was charged The swipe for help conflicts with existing iOS functionality Since its of little help anyway perhaps its just as well Surprised CooCoo sees fit to have conspicuously branded this utter piece of PooPoo edit Im no longer getting an error for round trip purchases and have changed my rating Still too many steps for this daily commuter to be happy with the user experience        Horrible

Real time arrivals does not work Just depends on when the schedule says whether it is late or not Very limited functionality too No one way or renew monthly pass options     Useless

Easy to set up and use but I need a oneway ticket and you can only buy round trip tickets with this app           No oneway option

This app is ok but you can only purchase round trip and not one way tickets I dont understand NCTD always making it more difficult to ride Add the one way trip and Ill change to 5 stars Otherwise this app is useless as I only go on one way trips        One way please

No promo tickets for events such as the Padres or Chargers Cant view the full schedule searching isnt good     Not that great

Bought tickets using this app before but in the last few months the activation is not working     Activations not working

Overall this app works fine and is a nice alternative to standing in line at the ticket machines It usually takes maybe 20 seconds to purchase my ticket and I can do it from home or even running up to the platform at the last second So to me the convenience is definitely worth it Other reviewers have commented on the Ticket Outdated error and yes that does happen to me occasionally But I find that if I wait about 30 seconds and try again then the ticket activation works Its almost like you cant go too fast pressing the buttons on the app or youll overwhelm it If I take it nice and steady then it always works Theres only one time that the app failed and charged me for a ticket that wouldnt activate I emailed CooCoo customer support and they promptly refunded my money They were pleasant to deal with Also the app does support oneway tickets now which is a nice addition There are other features on the app that you might find helpful but I dont use them that much A map of the entire NCTD system plus bus and Sprinter connections with next departure times Alerts links to the NCTD Twitter page Schedules shows Coaster times but is a little clunky So I use a different app thats a little easier to use Ive been using this app for over a year Its simple free and mostly works 35 stars              It works

It worked fine for 3 days then started to shut down when I tried to put in amount of tickets Ive restarted my phone uninstalled and installed the app doesnt work Even tried the site a d THAT didnt work either It wouldnt allow me to pick the amount of tickets either I had to call the 800 number to get a ticket sent to me Completely pointless Ps There is NO wifi on this either I drain my battery by the time I get to my destination     Pointless

Older reviews complain about wrong schedules and not being able to buy one way tickets those issues appear resolved Works fine and is surely more convenient than the machines at the station              Works fine

I had high hopes for this app but the lack of a oneway purchase option is ridiculous This app would be great if this option was added My disappointment with NCTD continues Listen to your customers     Oneway option needed

I work at a train train station but not for the Coaster I have gotten many complaints that this app will sell em a ticket for a train that does not exist Basically the app is showing them the Summer schedule That is a problem I downloaded myself and could not even get mine to work     Not a good start

I bought a ticket 5 minutes before the train arrived and it says activate when boarding When I tap to activate it says Ticket Outdated Please connect to the internet before activating this ticket So I open Safari and navigate to a couple websites It works Check the traffic that Im missing by taking the train to work and verify that its currently updated that works too Tap again multiple times to activate my ticket and I get the same message every time Except once it said the maximum number of activations has been hit though in my tickets it still says 02 activations I checked my credit card account after getting to work and that part succeeded unfortunately it charged me for the roundtrip ticket that it refused to give me So now to avoid being ripped off I have to go home with no valid ticket and then I will delete this app and go back to using those horriblydesigned ticket machines     does not work

Doesnt seem like it would be too hard to allow the purchase of oneway trips Cool app otherwise but not all that useful if you can only go round trip     No oneway trips

Not updated for ios 8 Tried to buy a ticket while in cab on way to Santa Fe train station No success Cmon NCTD its a 4k upgrade from your app Dev shop If Im running late get on the train w o a ticket this rides on you     No Bueno

App would be awesome however you can only purchase round trip tickets Im trying to understand why they wouldnt enable riders to purchase oneway fares Makes no sense to me     No oneway fares

Please add the option to buy a one way ticket        No oneway option

This app doesnt even work on iOS 8x NCTD give me a call and I will build you a top notch app This thing is totally unprofessional     Terrible
