Notifications come halfway through the day Need to send notification the day before or at least early morning Not enough notice

Why does the notification come in late Would be nice to get it a day early so the flag will be displayed correctly throughout the day Late

I got this app solely to get alerted when a flag should be at full or half mast The app has a nice interface and would be nice if it worked but it reported that flags should be at full mast today when actually they were half mast for the entire United States This app literally does not do the main thing that it is supposed to do Has incorrect half mast status
