The app is fine It works I just cant give it a good review because I cant stand ComeEd Its been the most difficult company to deal with and still have never talked to or seen a real person from them Its customer service is the worst If there was another option we would be using something else Works fine

App works fine for me I just dont understand why I have to pay fees to use the system Most companys dont charge you to pay using the app or online but yup comed does THE APP IS GOOD
I had the same issues To fix you need to enable notifications on your iPhone for the ComEd app Just go to Settings on your iPhone locate the Com Ed app set notifications to Allow You can choose whatever notification options you want After that reopen the app FIXED

I have installed and reinstalled this app several times throughout the last couple years and cant ever get passed the login screen Save preferences I can log in through Safari and it works better there Useless Login issues

I mainly use this app to report and check for outages and its FANTASTIC for that purpose Its so much easier to quickly report an outage on the app than call the 800 number And if you look at the outage map it will use Location Services if you agree to check for outages in your area This has come in handy at work when we cant tell if our building has a problem or if its the entire area Love it GREAT for outages

I had the same issue as everyone else the app froze right after the alert settings page I managed to fix it on mine Not sure if this works for everyone but I just closed the app while frozen using the multitasking screen then reopened the app I then logged in again and flipped the toggle for alerts ON and then OFF again Once I continued from there it worked perfectly and still does Everything you can access online can be accessed in the app Useful stuff Works great for me
Tried a few times over years and never worked Their IT horrid Told I could call etc to get help Ah boys APP is to make life easier not harder Lousy waste of time
