Core Control

If you are iPad owner,you now can download Core Control for free from Apple Store. The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 1.0 MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 2.103 has been released on 2014-11-27. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Tidal Integration Issues 1 Tidal Explore menu very clunky can only load 20 items at a time have to keep hitting more to get to the bottom completely unusable for large collection or listings 2 Artist and Album listings not broken up in alphabetical subgroups takes forever to scroll down to bottom 3 Search function is dumb not predictive needs to be improved 4 Cannot add album to Sooloos Library on Queue page Touch on the Album art will launch pop up window to add album to library but nothing happens after confirm 5 Poor metadata supports database for Tidal albums and in general 6 Track skipping from time to time Other Issues 1 Edit mode menu buttons too large for Portrait orientation All the buttons overlaps on top of each other if Button Shape is enabled 2 Function buttons on Queue page not spaced out evenly 3 Relaunch hangs intermittently has to complete close the program relaunch 4 Not all functions on Control 10 15 are available on the iPad App             Added Tidal integration but still work in progress SaintO

App would be great if everything worked the way it was supposed to Imported album covers still showing gray and while now at times radio station pictures are visible at times no pictures can be seen and then the only option is to switch to list view unfortunately Meridian systems truly are high end and high price So the app must work flawlessly to live up to expectations                 Good app but fixes still required Martin 10012

While a huge improvement over the original app it still falls short The Control 10 sorts left to right and top to bottom whereas this app sorts top to bottom and left to right Using ControlPC to update an album cover does not update the album cover within the app In fact the album cover is now blank If the user is browsing albums beginning with T for instance and the user steps away for a moment long enough for the iPad to turn off when returning to the app the screen will flash and the place the user was last viewing is lost and the albums are displayed beginning on the first page Such little things but it impacts usability and is not a consistent user experience across all software products                 Good effort but still needs work SmodKing

this app downloaded easily and was immediately intuitive on my IPad I like the features that match the Control 15 screen but i wish the volume buttons were bigger as it is still hard to adjust I was hoping for an on screen edit so as I listened to unknown artist CDs I could input the data on my I Pad I have a pair of Klipshorns twin strapped McIntosh 275s and a McIntosh C2300 tube pre amp All and all very nice dynamic range invisible background noise and with the Sooloos driving the system the pleasure of listening to music is uninterrupted and could t get better Thank you Sooloos for the updates                     paul 12C owner
