While the updated version of this app now has settings for both interval and time date settings it doesn t allow you to create a countdown timer at all Developers of this app please get this fixed so we can continue to use it Thanks     2 1 1 Version Doesn t Work Read Tech

This is definitely the best countdown app I have ever used I have been using this app for several years now and it works perfectly I use it for reminders for events such as birthdays holidays bill payments and when to refill my medications The thing that sets this app apart from others is that you can set a countdown based on a certain amount of years months weeks days hours or minutes instead of having to know the exact date of the end event This is super useful for me especially when setting a reminder for when to reorder my meds I have not seen this feature in other countdown apps I do hope the developers consider updating the app It has been a while since it was last updated I would be devastated if the app stopped working one day after I update my iPhone to a new iOS I use this for many reminders so I would be at a loss if it stopped working The other great feature about this app that I have not seen with others is the ability to save a reminder that was set on a specific time length and not an end date If you have a timer set for a time length years months days etc there will be a gray star in the upper left hand side of the timer s page If you click the star it will turn blue That means that the timer has been saved and can be used again in the future I use this for my med refills Works like a charm ETA Thank you for updating the app                     Best Countdown App IMO Whatsername217

I have been using this app for years and years and it is truly the best countdown app I use it to count down long term things like graduating trips and renewing my passport I also used it nearly everyday to countdown long shifts at a not so ideal food service job I can t say enough good things about this app and I will continue to use it                     Best Timer App leaholladay

After looking at different timer apps this one seemed to be the closest to what I want It s not perfect but it works well enough for me but there are some features that could use work Setting the intial timer in using one time incrament seconds minutes hours days weeks months years is fine for short time periods but if I want the time until a specific date i e a birthday that s usually not going to fall exactly on one of those time incraments At that point you have to make a guess and then go back and edit the timer to the exact date I would have put an exact date option when creating the app Once this is added it will be a 5 star app Other then that flaw it seems to work pretty well I haven t noticed an other problems with it Another option I would like though is the ability to dismiss the red alert counter on the home screen I have multiple timers that count from a date and I don t need the app to tell me this Maybe add a tracker option so that the app won t think a specific timer has completed or at least will ignore it for the purpose of adding a red number to the home screen icon                 Somewhat Useful Al459163

Great app I use it for literally everything even reminders Hate that you can t change initial duration though because unless you know exactly how many years months hours the event is ahead of time than it becomes pointless because your just guessing and it s not accurate So minus one star for that Overall it s awesome though I d definitely recommend it                 Love it BabyTedsMama

So frustrated with not being able to edit initial duration time without completely deleting event and starting over If you can edit time and date you should be able to edit duration Either this app is NOT user friendly and there s done hidden way to do it or there is NO way to do it Have an event that has passed and its still in current events I want it archived and it won t do it     Can t change event initial duration Syl Pelesasa
