Can someone PLEASE make this app be able to chose whether everything ascends or descends PLEASE Descending
The app is actually nice But there are a couple things that I can point out after using the app very often since it has been launched 1 The red font against the black on the account details page is very difficult to read The background color could be white and it would fix that 2 The swipe arrow that you have to tap to toggle from account to account is way too small because you have to tap it several times to get the page to move to the next account And you cant see the arrow on the left that allows you to go backward to the previous account Really hope these can get changed Good but needs some fixes
This app takes so long to load my information if I can get past the login screen Ive known my password was right and the app still would say its wrong And if you enter it more than 2 times it locks you out completely from banking online both with the app and logging in on their website This is the second time that this has happen and I have to go to an actual branch to remove the block Im very busy and do not have time to play around especially when the nearest branch is half an hour away from me now If you value your time and dont want to be locked out of your account dont get this app Worst app Ive ever used
I thought the new web site was garbage but the app is even worse It asks security questions you never even used Doing privacy and security as a job whoever set this junk up took them for a ride The security set up could have been achieved is ways much more user friendly After being with this bank for 20 years I am closing all of my accounts I didnt want to use a new version of BOA Piece of junk
Absolutely horrible experience Colors make it hard to see the super small font The information is lacking and the settings dont change anything useful This is a bad upgrade Terrible
The colors and font are awful Cant even read it clearly The bill pay gave me the date to pay and I submitted all the bills and had to redo all of it because I wouldnt allow a Saturday date It shouldnt have allowed that date Stupid App Im changing banks for my checking account Now it locked me out and is asking for the FIRST AND LAST name of my First grade teacher What the heck I never knew her first name This is my third addition to this review Today I have been trying to use the app and it lets my into my accounts but they all say no transactions Unbelievable what a joke this App is Cant wait for my checking account at my credit Union to open so I can change banks Again this app doesnt work properly This has got to be the worst thing ever Worst app
The old app was much better This is so frustrating hard to read and the lock that is supposed to lead to other functions is hard to return to once you get to your account screen Terrible app
Its a good app for tech savvy people It would be better if you tried less to make it look cool and made it more user friendly Older people that dont know much about computers or app will have a hard time with this A dark backdrop and neon green font could make it difficult to read for some people not to mention that the font is rather small Good but could be better
This original app was much cleaner and easier to use Although the new security features are great the app looks like it was made for iOS 1 Interface feels a little sloppy It some more functionality than the original app but it seems these features arent available yet eg Add Account Needs some work to get it up to the quality of other banking apps Poor quality
A great mobile banking appif you only want to see the last four transactions in your account and have a magnifying glass to read the minuscule font The last CB mobile app was MUCH better This one is terrible Mr Scully you can do better Local yahoo
App is extremely difficult to use No easy way to see how much money is in each account Menus are not intuitive and very clunky Old app was much much better Horrible
