I dont know how to make a server can some one help me Game

I am a experienced minecrafter and I bought this app out of curiosity mainly to see how it would help others on starting up a serverbecause I used to have trouble with setting one up Well it had the configuration file OPTIONS a file that you edit to change the settings of the server but thats about it The server list thing I havent much to say about It needs more content to help set up servers a beginner would get very little done with this Ehh

So exactly how do you make a serverbecause i cant figure it out But really can someone help me I never ever made a server or went on one so PLEASE help because right now its a huge wast of money What is a server addressDNS name any way I mean really this is really stupid I rate 2 and your lucky I didnt rate 1 so lets make better help PLEASE
