We called leaders and spoke to their representative who understood we were trying them out as a possible solution as a new business It was not the best for us so we called to cancel They said we owed them 300 after using them 2 months Despite our explanations of repeatedly not getting responses from the original rep and telling them we had issues with the app not fitting our business on top of the fact we told them we were trying things out they said they had no record of our side of the story They also would not have had a record of their rep telling us about any contract commitments or penalties but that didn t matter Seriously disappointed in their lack of customer care and choosing bottom line over providing true support No hint of caring in our communications with them at all     Went back on agreement and charged fees Yst71

This is to let whoever is thinking about acquiring this app DON T These people at Payware Leaders Merchant Services are so disorganized I was approved for credit card sale transactions and 2 weeks later cannot process one reason being 1st they Merchant Services passed wrong Accnt info to Payware then they passed inadequate authorization info to payware then Apyware told me it was not their fault call Merchant Services to resolve issue so I called Merchant Services who told me there was nothing they could do it was Paywares problem but I could resubmit info they required which would fix it which I did then I checked back W them 2 days later said they never rcvd info oh these companies are in direct affiliation Owned By Wells Fargo Bank LOL That explains it all of course a Bank owns it     A Total Disapointment Mr. Peace Out

app works fine for charging visa MasterCard discover and American express But for Christmas sales it is important to have advanced features like SKU entering capability along with shopping Cart capability so I can create and charge orders thru same app I have not found any app that does that yet and I am sure there is a lot of demand for such a feature                 shopping cart bennett saul

I downloaded this application only to spend my afternoon in tech support trying to get it to work finally got frustrated and called them to cancel I found out a month later they had also switched me website processing to go through their company an was bouncing all my American express purchases I had to call authorize net to get everything reset since I never authorized leaders to switch my web processing I only wanted the iPhone app 3 months later I was charged 350 early termination fee although I was on a trial The customer service rep couldn t care less and told me to reach out to my sales rep Wallace jewell because he had nothing in the notes about my trial conveniently enough mister Wallace no longer works for the company and neither the girl that terminated my contract Maria Navarrette So customer service with an attitude said he would refer this issue to the sales department because he had no notes on this transaction and they would call me back Never heard from them so they pretty much stole 350 from me for trying out an application that didn t work     Horrible application worse customer service They will steal your money
