Love the app but it never gets updated with the new cartridges so it basically useless Would get 5 stars if they kept the cartridge list up to date           needs updating

I wish i could give this NO stars 1st mistake spending money on this app I thought this would be a nice way to keep a log handy of all my cartridges Wrong what is the point of having an app like this it it does not sync your list across all your devicesSave your money and just create a list using the reminders or notes section on your iPhone or iPad at least all your information will be in sync Also the my projects section of this app doesnt work it keeps causing the app to shut down Trust me do not buy this app you will regret it     Waste of Money Waste of Time

I wouldnt even give one star but it wont let you write a review without one This app is seriously a waist of your money It has you create an account and then once you create you must sign inbut for some reason when you put your Id and password in it say device is not registered and you cant create a new accountit pretty much wont let you do anything I have no idea what this app is supposed to do or look like because it doesnt work I have email the company more than 20 time now been given a ticket each time with no response I personally emailed a person and all they did was email back saying they created a ticket for mereally I already told you I have done that So nobody helps you either I WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT YOU STOLE FROM ME I will be reporting this to APPLE     Theives

Zero stars it only works once I got it set up my account went through all the steps went through the check list of marking which ones I have or want The next time I tried to get on it told me pass work in know I sent for a email recover put it what they had just sent in the email and still says unrecognized Very unhappy     Cricut check list

Just updated today and can no longer check off the carts I have App crashes and the az button doesnt always work Used to really look to this app to help when on the go and shopping for cartsfix this app     Updated version doesnt work

Where did my list of cartridges go     GRRRR

When will a new update be available Many new cartridges have been released since the last update     Update

Seems there are more tools than a spatula Cant believe i paid at least 4 for this and there hasnt been a cartridge update since Nov 2011 Seriously Ive opened tickets and sent comments but no response DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY Concept is great but their support is sorely lacking You have to sync every time but they still havent updated their lists by far the worst app Ive downloaded including free ones Tried to load new version all screens blank     Needs more features

What a waste of my money I bought app this last week I could access my information for one week and now I can no longer access it After reading all the other reviews that are out there I see that that seems to be a huge problem Those reviews were not there when I purchased this last week Wish all you people had shown up earlier Help what do I do     Disappointed

Love the added PDF handbook under each cartridge No issues updating app when I deleted first then updated This is a MUST HAVE APP for any Cricut user to keep track of your cartridges and preview newest cartridges without going to the store I love that I can keep a wish list too and can look it up when on the go                 handy app for Cricut users

Just updated and all my cartridges are gone Did the sync and nothing happens pages stay blank with no cartridges listed even though it says the sync was successful When you hit az button app closes Guess you need a new update     Bad update

Used this app with no problems whatsoever Now since doing update tells me my user name is not registered to this device Really Cant request help or anything from app Please fix this so I can use again     Not happy

Purchased the app last year and still cant get support for log in info Terrible terrible terrible Dont buy Im reporting to apple about scrapbook mafia and their app     Waste of money

Just updated and did the sync and now I have blank screens when I go to look at cartridges Nothing comes up Wondering if anyone is reading these reviews so this can be fixed Would love to start using this app again Please fix this ASAP Used to love this app     Still not fixed After new update yesterday

Love the option of viewing the cartridge booklet I wish it did it within the app instead of opening the browser but its a great feature You must first delete this app and then reinstall it you wont be charged again if you bought it previously Then log in and sync People really need to search for answers before leaving bad reviews This is a fantastic helpful app                 Great updates

This is a great App It works great and when I had issues getting it on my ipad2 the support was very quick and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently Great job I highly recommend this App The new update wiped out my list but was able to get it back by reading posts on support site                 Great App

This is a great app to keep track of what carts I own and want Like the idea of the handbook being accessible Wish the update info had contained the instructions to delete the app and reinstall rather than me having to come to the reviews page to find out that was all I needed to do Id been looking for a way to contact the developers           Great app

Really great app Love the quick photo of whats on the cartridges Love even more the quick link to the full handbook Just really wish it was more up to date I have 3 newer cartridges that have not been added to the list yet and 1 more that I want to add to my wants that is also not on the list              Helpful app

I did not delete my old app before I updated to the full version I thought I had lost my information but when I logged in it was there I love the new update where you can view the handbook Very cool                 Pleased with updates

I also had all my cartridges missing after I did the update I deleted the app off my iPad and reinstalled it After doing this it worked and all my cartridges were there and the ones I own were still checked           Update

Nothing shows up now since doing update Lost all my info What a waste     Really disappointed

I purchased these app and you need to keep it updated I love it when it works I have over 50 cartridges and when I go shopping I need it to work Please get on the stick and keep this app updated We paid for a app so it would work        Disgusted

Downloaded for iPhone but would not allow for login However downloaded app for iPad and user ID and password worked If you have a choice do iPad app It is less expensive too     Login problem

Even though they are alphabetical some of the cartridges r hard to find CTMH cartridges are not all listed together           Cartridge titles hard to find

Nice app Love cart handbook It is worth the wait of loading After doing the update delete it and it should all be there after you reinstall Sync will update cart No problems at all Sign in then sync At next signin use offline and your sign in info will be there Only need to go online for syncs Would buy again How about a search for a certain item                 Wow

And was told they wont be updating app to work with iphone 6 really Thats the whole idea of an app to update to latest IOS Otherwise nobody can ever upgrade their phone and use app ever again     DOES NOT WORK WITH IPHONE 6 PHONES

This app does NOT work I deleted it months ago then installed it again to see if changes had been made All this app does is collect your name address email address and telephone number then it says username and password are invalid and does not open over and over again Apple really should remove this one from the app store     SCAM Alert

This app has been alright in the past but the best thing just happened within the app you can view most matching handbooks to the cartridges you have This is a great little app Downloaded update screens were empty deleted and reinstalled app everything this is there where i left it A for customer service and listening to your customer inputs I told them to put the handbooks in there                 I just updated Yeah the handbook are here

I think all of the 5star customer feedbacks are of the company trying to boost their bad ratings I purchased the 499 app in 2010 and had the same userpassword issues and cant access my info I have emailed the company 4 times over the last year and have yet to receive a response For all of the socalled happy customers that received great service why dont they share the reset instructions and help out the majority of unassisted customers out there Or better yet why dont the company provide an update to fix the app Apple needs to take action and protect their customers     Useless no stars

This app is a must have for any cricut owner It has saved me from purchasing the same cartridge countless times It has them alphabetically and you can even make your own want list How cool is that The tech support is excellent and they keep up to date by Facebook so you are Never left out of the loop when an update happens The support turnaround is excellent and customer service is commendable If you have many carts this is the app to have EDIT This new application to view handbooks is amazing NOTE you have to delete and then install again for it to work properly Great Job                 Works great Must buy

Last all entries with last up date Cartridges are not even listed on app now This app is a great idea but it doesnt work Will it be fixed     Update
