Cue Cards

I like all If the current features but to get a 5 star from me it would need 1 Ability to change order of the cards 2 The option of cutting and pasting cards duplicating cards or movecopy cards between sets A lot of cards can be recycled from sets 3 Be able to cut paste text 4 Able to change color of the font highlight bold etc           A good app that needs enhanced

No way to rearrange cards No distinction between edit mode and presentation mode A waste of money     Very primitive

The app has great potential but falls short in implementation First as other reivews have said its impossible to shuffle cue cards on the phone Its impossible to paste text into a cue card being edited on the phone this alone seems like an absurd oversight It is possible to create cue cards on a computer email the contents of the cue cards in a txt file and paste the txt file into Cue Cards which creates a cue card deck but it is extremely awkward and very poorly documented it takes a bunch of buttonsscreens to even see the help screen that explains how to do this and the process is extremely clumsy on the iPhone first you create a dummy set of cue cards from the iPhone then press the icon of the box with the arrow coming out and to the right then click the question mark and then read through the help file explaining the format of the txt file then create a txt file on your computer following the specified format then copy and paste that text directly into the body of an email on your computer then email that text to yourself then open that email on your iPhone then select all the text and copy then go back to Cue Cards and pick the icon of the clipboard with the box with the arrow going to the right whew Developers were totally unresponsive to request for clarification andor help There are a slew of minor problems and if they were fixed this would be a great app However as it is I strongly regret buying this app Developers dont seem to care much Too bad        Good idea poor execution Not worth it

Here are my problems Fix these and youll have a winner It only works in landscape mode This makes it awkward if you just want to take a quick peak at your notes while speaking It also doesnt allow you to paste text in I write with methods like shapewriter or dragon dictation because its faster So allow portrait mode and allow pasting of text And Id give this at least 4 star rating        Needs work

This thing happens to address a need of mine pretty nicely so I am glad to have it However it lacks some very simple and obvious features that I hope will be rapidly added to the next version 1 Cannot rename a set of cards 2 Cannot change order of existing cards in a set 3 Cannot move cards from one set to another 4 Cannot share cards amongst multiple sets 5 Cannot change order sets are listed in 6 Cannot change font size 7 No autochange of font size to accommodate longer content in one card 8 No way to let content overflow automatically onto another card 9 Cannot change order in which sets are listed Would like creation date modified date manual 10 No Help Im quite certain that some or all of these missing features would be quite easy to code As soon as that happens Ill give it a couple more stars           Useful enough for me personally but lacking in basic functionality

This is a useful if limited app I agree with other reviews needs Font changes order changes title changes It also needs the ability to sync your notes with your computer Creating a 3045 minute speech would be much easier via a desktop PC please app and then sync it to the iPhone Also when you hit return twice to put a blank line between two lines it doesnt work           Good but Needs Sync

I have a workshop to speak at in the AM about technology in the classroom and at the last min I decided to try and find an app to use instead of my indexcue cards This filled that need so completely that I dont think Ill ever need 3x5s again Thanks dude Very intuitive no frills dead simple to use                 Last min save
