I tried unsuccessfully to enter a meal I had eaten and for the life of me I couldnt do it I am so bummed I was really pyschd about this app There is no instructions and like one of the other commenters had said its confusing Dont buy Its TERRIBLE

I love this app Now I can track all the nutrition points in my diet not just calories but fat carbs proteins vitamins The Summary of a meal or day makes it easy to see if Im hitting my targets The database comes loaded with what must be thousands if foods and I can add custom foods and access them easily Recommended very highly for anyone watching their nutrition Use it in good health Excellent Nutrition Tracker

I have tried almost all the trackers available and this one tops them easily The simplicity and customization are what sets this app apart And its only 99 cents Best in App Store

This is the only nutrition app I could find that let me track specific nutrients Most apps track fat sodium and calories I needed to track potassium and phosphorus These dont show up on package labels You can customize your foods and your target values Worth it for me Great App

I would easily pay another dollar for the ability to adjust serving sizes without the program crashing every single time Without serving size adjustments its nice but doesnt really tell you anything iOS 613 is a disaster I know Hopefully either Apple comes up with a fix or you do Until then Ill be waiting eagerly Great appneeds update

Not informative enough and expects you to know things about nutrition the average person just doesnt know I mean how do I know how many caloires and grams of fat are in my homemade lasagna Even if I did know it would be a lot of data entry for each meal Too Confusing

I searched for over an hour trying to find just the right meal tracker app This one looked great but I was unsure about the bad reviews Well I went ahead and bought it anyway and Im so glad I did Its a simple app I dont know why there are so many bad reviews saying its confusing The only thing I would change about this app is add a water tracker section Great app

I downloaded this app to track my nutritional intake for the entire day It does a great job of this I love the way I can combine fast food along with food I cook at home It also lets me customize by adjusting the volume of various foods Terrific
