I was skeptical with all the the bad reviews but it connected and adjusted temp and controls the device just fine I guess they fixed the bugs that caused all the bad reviews Happy Christmas                     Seems to work fine for me ecesurfer

Have had the IQ 5 days Downloaded app now with NO issues Did not have to turn on IQ first App just automatically paired Was able to choose a temp and it turned my unit on Actually got a third session with surprising vapor out of the same herb I have enjoyed using the IQ w o the app but I think the app will give me a more tailored experience Thanks Davinci You guys rock                     I like it FlyingSaucerWriter

I noticed the metal plate next to the flavor chamber and pin had come lose After some inspection I found glue was holding the metal onto plastic I ve only had this device for less than two months It shouldn t be falling apart so soon With the battery problems when syncing and DaVinci using glue in the pathway I don t think this is a safe device at all Also there have been many times I have shut off my DaVinci IQ and have come back to find it still on and hot but the LED s were off This is without the app running     We Are Vaping Glue Nutshelldj

These bad reviews can only mean one thing Da Vinci crushed it so hard with the IQ that sabotage is their only recourse Love how I can watch the temp drop on the app after I switch off the device it s the small things sometimes Also like the alternative plant options gonna mix in some rosemary next thyme                     Great app obviously the competitors are out for blood Chadstine

I used the app and the Davinci IQ both for the first time last night and while the unit did start up after connecting the app to the IQ guess what Push the power button 5 times and it goes off I believe many of the one star and negative posts are from competing manufacturers or pot heads that cant think fast enough to turn the power off Ive never vaped before last night but the experience was excellent in taste draw and hi                 Competitor reviews Fishrman1976

Installed the app Had to create an account even though I previously set one up Finally was able to get to the pairing portion of the setup and as the app said searching for a device my IQ shut off and I was unable to turn it back on I had to remove the battery to get it to turn back on I then emailed customer support and was told it s a compatibility issue and I ll have to wait for a fix I call BS and am pretty frustrated with this company at the moment Bottom line the app is worthless     Useless C0nstantAnxiety

So I went through 3 different IQ s because of simply using the app My device short wired because of the app and overheated the entire thing and fried the system I was told by customer service themselves to just not use the app once my new one arrive under warranty until the app updates I m very glad they have such good warranty and speedy delivery on the devices but it s a shame that the app not only doesn t work but also fries your device and the company is aware of this problem Hopefully an update will come soon and our problems will be solved     Great device HORRIBLE APP JR Perkins

Trying to sync with the app and the IQ lights went off and the device began to overheat Pulled the battery but now vibrate doesn t work at all This is the 2nd IQ I ve had to send in for warranty This one I only owned for a couple hours before it messed up this app should be pulled from the app store until these issues are fixed Manufacturers resolution is for me to mail my brand new unit in for a warranty claim 10 expense     App Permanently Messed up IQ misterctw

Unlike some other unlucky customers this app hasn t bricked my IQ vape But it has randomly disconnected shut down my IQ in the middle of a session Awesome for configuring smart paths on the device which I don t even use and tracking session stats excessive but not much else Much easier to use the IQ without the app         Cool in theory not in practice wherehaveibeen

Have only started using the app device but immediately had the overheating issue where the device continues to heat and won t respond to being turned off Remember the whole Samsung Galaxy thing You guys might want to prioritize fixing this before you seriously injure someone Would be worth the money over going bankrupt     Overheat issue danield

I was VERY skeptical After reading all the comments I wasn t gonna try it Two weeks later not even here I am with a broken 280 vape The thing connected and immediately shut off all the lights and started heating up hotter than normal If I didn t take the battery out it d probably start a fire It WON T even turn on now I am so disappointed in this app and disappointed in myself for even trying it Why doesn t the company warn people about this I m gonna try to get it replaced I better get refunded Please don t try the app ladies and gents you ll regret it     DO NOT TRY THE APP user16205091628436110

I tried the app and it seems to definitely do the job I had no issues connecting When I read the reviews I had the device but stayed away from the app for a bit but decided to try it out Beautiful The expectation I had was very low but when I tried it out I was pleasantly surprised you do have to make an account but it is one of the easiest set ups ever I haven t had any issues with the app so far it is a simple design and definitely meets my needs and exceeds them with the varying temperature controls to the mere degree I was pleasantly surprised but don t take my word for it try it out yourself and it may surprise you In my opinion don t just go off what you hear try it out but just because I had no issues or problems doesn t mean that you may not                 Reviews a Little Strange Lotsovphun

Of the Pax 3 Firefly 2 and the Crafty this has by FAR the worst app I downloaded it when it first came out before even having the vape to see if they would ever update it and fix the errors that were clearly occurring but no I still waited even when I finally got it I didn t connect it Well I thought I would give it a chance and maybe the million reviews were wrong but sure enough it does exactly what everyone said it appears off and it just super heating the material to the point of combustion After removal of the battery it still worked unlike some unlucky customers but now it tastes of charred popcorn and caked in residue from the burning Please read your reviews Da Vinci I m thoroughly disappointed     Worst app ever made cmcvay99
