I downloaded this app because I was feeling really depressed The app gives you the 9 question test to determine what level of depression you may fall under I tweaked some of my habits thankfully I was low enough this still worked and I was able to see the difference I recommend it for anyone who wants to track their progress with their treatment                     Helps to see where you re at Carmelatta
