Not clear app implements reverse lookups I am getting not found result from SOA I did not specify as DNS server Reverse lookup

This app is great in that it includes many common DNS lookup items including A records CNAME MX etc Unfortunately its lacking the service locator SRV lookup capability Id love to give this app 5 stars but the lack of such an important lookup justifies taking away one star Overall a solid app and well worth the price Very handy to have in any network administrators toolkit and still handy even if youre not a network administrator If SRV lookup gets added this app would certainly get 5 out of 5 Nice app but needs SRV lookup

Lacks IPv6 support both for looking up AAAA records and for querying servers Lacks DNSSEC support Id appreciate an expert mode that lets me query any record type I want not just the given list Also trace would be nice Not bad could be better

I ran a query on a domain for txt records and it returned null The domain does have txt though Returns partial information

Nice app but an option to email the results would be nice Needs an email results option
