No other EHR has a better mobile app then drchrono viewing patients is so much easier now Having moved from an older PC based EMR to this is like night and day drchrono is the best                 Fantastic

I am a physician that opened up practice straight out of residency I am an Apollo Plus Customer and a podiatrist which means nightmare for anyone who picks me up to manage my practice They are very good flexible and have several updates throughout the year on their EMR Patients love the iPad interface to input their data the templates are amazing and specialized for my strange practice Dr Chrono provides input for the challenges of medicare medicaid and insurance reimbursement problems and tricks they pull on you They also have a credentialing team with apollo plus membership which is very helpful for physicians starting up their own practice                 Better than Perfect

I use it to receive and distribute tasks in my practice                 Mobility

Doesnt really get better it has all of the features I need to run my office efficiently                 Best EMR

The features of the app are Great however the screen orientation is nonfunctional on iPhone 6 Plus You can enter patients name address and birthday that passed that nothing works because of the way that the screen is missized I will give you a five star review if you fixe this but right now this app is useless to me        Not for 6 Plus

We switched to this emr from an expensive battleship of an emr I was in love with it because the iPad interface is great Unfortunately it does not do all the things you need to do to make a practice function We are four months into this and dr chrono support has been unable to fix the fax functionality so that it works even somewhat reliably This has resulted in countless hours spent tracking down missing path reports op notes correspondence etc Dr chrono staff always responds promptly to emails but never fixes the problem All the money I saved switching to chrono has been doubled by increased overhead due to the fax reliability issues I really wanted this emr to be great     Could be really great If it did all the things it promises

I recommend drchrono to anyone who wants to take control of their EMR and billing in house The iPhone app is just what I needed I travel a bunch love the app                 I recommend

I have been using the paid app for nearly one year and the iPhone app is a great adjunct to the full EHR on the iPad This version which is optimized for the iPhone 5 is a nice step forward as they had not updated the iPhone portion of this app for some months The scheduling bug has been fixed and I like the improved simplified interface There is no EHR out their that holds a candle to DrChrono Highly recommended for your practice regardless of the size or specialty                 Excellent adjunct to full EHR on iPad

Overall user interface 4 stars Ease of use 3 painful if you try to use 4g or LTE acceptable with good wifi Customer service 2 stars there is no phone number to call for help you send an email wait and wait and wait they say they will respond within one business day but that is unacceptable when the EMR goes down Billing 3 stars it works ok but all 3 billers say this part of the EMR was clearly NOT designed by a biller Note creation 3 stars it works ok but is NOT intuitive this was NOT created by a physician who has experience in a busy out patient clinic most likely a programmer or possibly a physician who doesnt actually practice clinical medicine for example Any clinician who uses an EMR while seeing patients will find errorsproblems there must be a way to quickly correct the problems onthefly or like any busy clinician you will probably forget about what to correct by the time you complete the patient encounter or by the end of clinic Tech Support 2 stars theyre overly polite but alas ineffective our HPInotes get lost whenever they make system updates System updates occur unexpectedly often in the middle of the business day without warning Despite multiple requests for emails texts or even some sort of popup on the home screen to give us advance notice up system updates the DrChrono team will consistently screw up our work flow by implementing changes in the middle of the work day This has a crippling effect in the middle of a busy clinic Name one star LAME DrChrono Really thats the best your marketing team could come up with Overall impression Lipstick on a pig Looks nice Costs less Overall 25 stars           lame customer support

Dr Chrono has a number of great features It is clearly a class leader when it comes to native EMRs for iOS The charting tool is impressive and the ability to make and customized templates is well ahead of many of the big names clinical nextgen all scripts Unfortunately there are a number of problems as well I am a fairly busy user seeing 40 people a day and the system crashes freezes and closes at least 2 3 times a day Depending on the time of day it can be very slow think 122 pm There are a lot of bugs some get fixed new ones keep cropping up The latest bug is when one tries to schedule an appointment for a patient a popup says unable to connect to chrono so I schedule again and again Finally when I check the schedule the patients been scheduled 8 times No big deal just delete the duplicate appointments you say Well you cant delete an appointment through the app That has to be done via a browser There are a ton of issues like thisfor instance when seeing an inpatient you cant put the admission date through the app has to be done on the browser Oh and Ive been a user for 2 years these issues have persisted through out           Good and not so good
