This software should be remove from the App Store It no longer works I can t even see how it passed App Store review The developer should be ashamed for not addressing these issues with it s customers disgraceful     Software Doesn t Work Anymore Little "Tha Soundbwoy"

I used this religiously on on two macs for over a year One MAC I updated to sierra and the option where you can custom select the screen no longer worked at all Then a few weeks later it stopped working on my Mavericks OS after it worked on it fine for years Now all of a sudden when you take a custom screen shot only the previous files always come up to print or preview instead of the current one on the screen NOT GOOD They claim they fixed the bugs I believe they added more bugs I am dissapointed     Stopped working Now a waste of money DeniseFine

The app became useless when I updated to Sierra and the developer didn t see to be supporting it anymore I had to abandon using it and find another screen capture tool Fortunatly 2 5 1 fixes the biggest bug and now allows you to do partial screen captures So its earned its way back to my tool bar                 2 5 1 makes an important fix Almaden Valley

I use Greenshot at work for my PC and was looking for soemthing tht did the same type of thing for the Mac I used Dreamshot today for the first time and it worked like a Dream It saved me a a good 25 minutes on a project I was working on Thank you thank you thank you                     This was exactly what I needed ADSJV1

Now that the Sierra bug has been squashed I can go back to using Dreamshot as my go to screenshot utility Works as it s supposed no muss no fuss and lots of capabilities Sure its typogrpahy and iconography aren t really paragons of contemporary design but that s unimportant Just imagine you re a tourist in a distant land where graphic look and feel has taken umm a different path                     Clean capable and quick screenshotter the real chubbco

This app used to work great before Sierra OS X 10 12 You could choose to do full screen capture and partial screen capture And when you did full screen capture and you had multiple screens it was smart enough to ask you which screen you wanted to capture Since Sierra however the partial screen capture has stopped working altogether When you choose partial screen capture nothing happens Repeated attempts to contact the developers has resulted in no replies whatsoever So I am assuming that they are no longer developing and have abandoned the product If all you want is the full screen capture mode then for the time being everything seems to still work If you want the partial screen capture which is what I used it for the most it is now worthless If it has been abandoned then there is no guarantee that even the full screen capture will continue to function with future OS releases             Used to be great Now does not seem to be supported MaverickRK

Great app however the Capture Region quit working after installing macOS Sierra 10 12 when released I thought all good developers got a pre release of the Gold copy of OS Sierra and should be checking their products prior to release If this is not fixed I cannot change my one star to five If fixed the I give it five stars had to buy Monosnap to replace for a working screen capture tool     Capture Region quit working with macOS Sierra FKSWK

For some lame reason the Capture Region does not work after upgrading to Sierra it used to work great but now I might have to shop elsewhere for a good screen capture util Sad very Sad         Doesn t play nice with Sierra TheRyanRanch

The dev team seems to really care about this app Although their twitter feed has been dead for the past year and their blog hasn t been updated since 2014 It would be nice to see this app continue to grow because it is a welcomed improvement over the built in screenshot tool on the Mac It has a lot of potential One thing that can make it MUCH better is if it could repeat the last capture by using a custom modifier key For example if I press Cmd Shift D to capture a region of my screen on my second monitor say a web browser and choose Favorite 1 which saves the screenshot to a folder in my Pictures folder Then I make some changes in the web browser and I press Cmd Option Shift D to quickly repeat that exact same capture WITHOUT having to select the same region or destination                 Pretty good d4v1dd

I use this app every day Quick grabs of graphics on websites sections of photos I want to copy and paste into presentations photo grabs to augment emails or Facebook posts It s convenient stable robust and so so useful An excellent app                     Nothing better for quick Screen Grabs or Quick Select Grabs Bers

Unless I m doing something wrong whenever I click SAVE to save the screenshot to a pre defined folder it uses the default Untitled jpg or whatever filename so I need to manually rename the file or it will overwrite the previous screenshot Mac OS X s default screenshot capability automatically saving successive screenshots to the desktop and sequentially numbering them is better than DreamShot in this regard         automatic sequential numbering is needed 2shy98

I like this application but I really wish there was an option to turn off the sound when a screenshot is taken using DreamShot                 Cannot disable the screenshot sound foosball_p

I take a lot of screenshots of fantasy football stuff mostly to send via apple messages or just for my own future use in deciding who to play Two problems that this app fixes First desktop gets clogged up Second it eliminates the steps of having to open desktop folder find file and then draft to messages You can drag immediately after capture with this app Also love the floating feature Great job devs                     Love it for my Fantasy Football Captures Buc Fan

Only bug I noticed is that when I click the Email button after capturing a screenshot it opens a new email in Outlook for Mac v 15 11 2 but the attachment picture is not there                 great but noticed one bug Chucklesy

Hi this is a really wonderful app Already fits nicely into my workflow But the only think I can t seem to do is copy and paste a URL into the Tweet I want to share with a Dreamshot captured image Am I missing something                 Great app but how do i include a link URL in a Tweet gksent

I really like the options after you capture Sometimes I want the screenshot to go directly to a folder pre named and so I use Apple s default screen shot Otherwise I use Dreamshot One of the features is to choose Clipboard and then paste it directly into en email Very nicely done Almost a 5 The Capture Region timer captures full screen Hopefully that will be fixed soon thanks                 Almost a 5 Somps

Capturing windows is a bit unintuitive but works well once you know to press the space bar                     Space bar Yoda Jinx
