I used to rent from the App pre paying for my movies for at least 8 months or so with no issues I chose my dvd placed it in the cart reserved it and pre paid then went to the machine on my way home from work and picked up my movie It was SWEET But for the last 4 or 5 months now when I choose a dvd and place it in the cart when I go to the cart my choice has changed to a blue ray I have deleted the app and started over a couple of times but it hasn t changed I use this app instead of Redbox for its simplicity of use but since they are both now difficult to use I may as well start using the Redbox Disappointed Sigh     Used to Work But Stopped Diane F.

I ve had this app on my phone for months hoping you would fix it But to be honest the problems never changed I open the app and all it does is say loading please wait and it NEVER has loaded I ve never been able to use this app Very disappointed as we rent DVDXpress almost weekly     No stars if I could rickityricktyrecked

Whether the app or just DVDXpress I can t seem to get a valid login When I login it tells me invalid combination so I ask for a password reset It never sends the reset email Oh so I think maybe I m really not registered I try to register and it tells me my email is already been used Hmmm It knows I m registered but can t seem to send a password reset Good concept but crummy technology I ve gone back to Redbox They have flawless technology Fix this flaw and I may come back     Horrible Foureasts

This new DVDXpress app is awesome Easy to navigate format where I can see the full selection of movies in one place Used the app at the grocery store check out line and picked up my blu ray minutes later                     Great App 24/7 Movies
