The whole point of this system and application is to be able to remotely view my home when I m away Unfortunately since my iPhone upgraded to 10 2 I get login failed if I m not connected to my home wifi That totally defeats the purpose of this entire system Y all need to stay up to date and fix your stuff regularly     Doesn t work away from home wifi Angelindz328

Working great until I forgot my password Remember Password was checked all this time and there is apparently no link to reset or retrieve your password I don t even know how the password could ve changed This rating may change based on the prompt reply of Customer Service             No Password Reset Mina1122

The basic functions of this app work well Easy to view the live camera feed set up WiFi pan zoom works well audio is easy to use However some of the advanced functions are more difficult I inserted a micro SD card for recording video Every time I delete a snapshot or video the app crashes When the app starts up again I find that most of the snapshots and videos are gone not just the one I tried to delete I had to reboot the camera to get the motion sensor settings to work When the app crashes the settings get reverted back Every single time you change a setting you have to click save or your changes don t take affect There are no instructions for how to use some of the settings or what they mean For instance I didn t know what IO Alarm meant so I had to google it The App needs some work             Ok App needs work Ton109
