Dont buy any thing trough Edreams is a SCAM check on it trough google They just take your money and forget about you the let you on your own you never know if you got the ticket nor the airline confirmation number so you wont be able to take the flight Scam

I just purchased a flight on edreams and received an email that my confirmation number is pending I cant book my other flight because I dont even know if this purchase is valid Avoid this site Dont book here

Given a promo code for July 4th and every time I enter it the app resets Called customer service and they told me I would need to call their UK office Poor customer service with barely any English spoken Total scam The promo code FOURTH is a scam as well The worst app ever

They say if you download the app youll get a discount using a promo code except the promo code doesnt work After searching and inputting all your booking info the promo code doesnt work and redirects you to start our search all over again just so the same thing can happen Customer is absolutely no help bc they cant help youthey claim theres an issue thatll be fixed in 30mins but its never fixed and there is no supervisor available for assistance Youd think they couldwould provide other means to book and receive the discount promised through advertisement but NO so NO do not waste your time w this app or this company This App Is Whackkkk
