Really like the booking functionality The new updates are great If they can fix the trip notifications that will make this a 5 star app For example I was getting alerts for a flight I had cancelled I never saw this issue before so hoping its a small bug that is being fixed Otherwise love the app I dont use the website anymore              Nice updatebut trips need attn

If all the little bugs were squashed this app would be one of the great ones Especially for a business traveler such as myself This app eats up my phone memory anytime I open it If it had a memory dump built into it I would love it and give it a 5 star review        Can be a great app

My trips tab is completely empty which is not correct        Bookings are not showing up

This app does a great job of adding in new items and updates but continues to update on flights or reservations that have already been changed or cancelled which adds a lot of unnecessary confusion during changing travel           Surprisingly integrated surprisingly unintegrated

Although the app looks pretty I would like to be able to book everything hotel car airfare in 1 trip I have to book my flight and check out then book my hotel and check out Thank god I use über otherwise Id probably have to figure out how to book a car which I dont think they even support yet in this app Then if you wait the 30 45 minutes to get an agent to help you they charge you 20 dollars     Clunky

Ever since my company switched from Concur to Egencia I have spent more time and effort to find the flights that I needwant Their listings routinely exclude direct flights that can be found of American or Uniteds website Every Southwest flight requires you to call in the hotline which is an incredible inconvenience     Not very good

I changed my flight the day before my flight The next day with weather issues I was getting alerts on my original flight plus my new one        Alerts Do Not Recognize Flight Changes

This app needs some work I travel every week for work and I am constantly getting useless updates from this app I get updates saying that my bags can be picked up at a baggage claim however I am only connecting at that particular airport I get an alert stating that I can check in for the flight and then another stating that I can check in for the connecting flight Additionally The alerts for delays are often very delayed and not helpful Another problem is the app is supposedly much easier to use to book hotels based off of a location when compared to their website I do not find this to be the case and often times have to search for my hotel on a different website to make sure the location is correct before booking through the app The default hotel selections are some random calculation of price and location to determine which is most favorable It is very difficult to search strictly by location     Annoying alerts

I despise this app Little information does not update when travel plans change so data is often erroneous really nothing to like Only marginally better than nothing obviously developed by someone that does not actually travel The development team should be fired     Terrible

Egencia app is a seamless experience to booking corporate travel and a Giri place for keeping track of all upcoming ongoing travels If there is one thing I would like to see get improved is if the could provide auto checkin The do a decently good job of facilitating the check in today But its not fully automated              Seamless

This use to be a decent app but lately it just circles the drain It always freezes and anytime I use the navigate me to car rental returns at an airport it puts me on a road at the end of a runway Not the counter Also why cant you book all travel air hotel and car        What a waste

Egencia interface stinks Every time I call it up I have to page thru from the beginning to get to the current leg of the trip     Egencia interface

The app is fine for managing trips and getting alerts about updates to itineraries gate info baggage claim info etc However I had a single itinerary saved in the app and I got a warning from my phone that the storage space was nearly full Egencia was using 16 Gb of space The storage was released back to the phone when I logged out of the app but 16 Gb to manage a single trip is WAY too much I also echo the comments of another reviewer that the user interface for an active trip should open to the current leg and not require swiping up through all of the previous legs of the trip to get to the active leg           Storage hog

This is a very good app which is far better then any other business travel app I have used in the oast              EGENCIA app rocks

Interesting that I erased my review each time I attempt to send a poor review Egencia is the worst corporate provided travel service 25 fee just to call them no matter how simple the question is App doesnt have current trips so is useless     Funny thing

Doesnt send notifications for delays gate changes Etc The only delay that was received was a FALSE notification that my baggage was ready at the wrong airportnot sure where they got that info but my luggage was where it was supposed to be also when a flight gets transferred to another fight no updated info or even recognition that the flight was changed is displayed in the app Would highly recommend using this app use the airline app for the standard updates     Zero stars

Developers try to use test the app and youll see how exasperating it is when you try to book a room and it just hangs and does nothing I only use it for my business travel and its painful        Great idea if it worked reliably

It does not show my booked trips what a waste My company has also made the move to Egencia and this app was supposed to save trees and make travel more convenient Living in a city that has very few flights to Denver I wanted the option to fly to Dallas and then to Denver but you can only fly to your final destination Sorry but the app and web site are not very user friendly Will probably remove from my phone     Just about worthless

I really like the ability to track my trips to the detail when I am on the road The remainders are always appreciated What is lacking is a stronger offline option At the end this is for travelers and often you go to places where you dont have cellular data all the time It is annoying to keep getting error messages or not ya have been able to download details if a reservation or the location map of a hotel              Very nice having all the basicOff Offline options needed

Like the new update All works well except the notifications I receive notes of my baggage claim a day after Ive already arrived Also the check in online note comes late Should arrive ideally 24 hours to the minute before your flight departure like all other apps Perhaps its just a minor glitch Otherwise I love the travel service and this app to support it Thx              Good app however needs attn
