I save a lot using them I am glad they do not have a fancy app This app is a waste But we know we are saving money every month so who cares Happy

I do not need help showing me how change a tire I needed an app to take a look at my policy and coverages like geico But you guys are lower so thank you Worst ever

I do agree the company saved me 300 for a year but this app is such a waste If someone in your office is making a living of this app they should really do way more then this A waste of time I know it might be not so relevant but I was with Esurance for years and they have probably the best app around You can view your policy even make changes For TX where I reside its even legal to show your phone to officer if he asks for your insurance What in the world is this

After reading all those review I thought at least I would be able to log in to my account and see my policy details smh I am still happy for the rate that I pay So its better not to have a fancy app and pay more premium Disappointed

I agree with the first post about thinking I would be able to pay my bill rather than learn how to change a tire Not only that but you cant even view your ID card and now your phone is a legal way to provide proof of coverage This app needs a lot of updates fast to keep up with all other companies out there NEEDS REAL OPTIONS

This app needs to make a way to pay your monthly bill Thats what I thought I was downloading Smh
