We attended the Phoenix Pride Festival who attempted to use this system to scan tickets and check in attendees After not being able to scan the tickets barcodes with the iPhone application the workers gave up and collected the printed tickets Not sure what they did with the users who tried to check in with their iPhones If you use this system expect frustration long lines and print a backup copy of your ticket Great idea poor implementation
