This is getting stupid I have not been able to play since a month and every time an update is released I think this problem is fixed but it isnt I can play any other game without problem but this game is the only one I have problem with please fix these Server is unreachable

The update intended to improve connectivity led to an inability to log into the game I just get the spinning circle at the first load screen It was fun even if overly timer based before the update Update broke it

Like others have said were not exactly happy with having to make friends and pay for upgrades just to progress I would rather pay 9 up front to not deal with the videos every time the game starts and have to pay for other premium items At this point I just fired up the steam version and called it a day At last make a paid option Instead of free

I have an iPad retina running iOS 7 and its telling me my device is not compatible What kind of crap is that Fix your game App is not compatible

I like that you have control over the minions but it lacks the fun of the original I wish you could fight sabre etc forces not other players forces and see the island you play on Needs more of the original game Not as good as the original

Another great game from the past converted into a cheesy wait to click micro transactions filled boring game that no one wants So many people would love an iPad version of the original Evil Genius or even better a sequel with new traps and levels People would buy it This is a stale cookie cutter copy of every other click and wait game out there It is done to death and no one wants micro transactions Another micro transaction timer click game

Evil Genius is one of my favorite games of all time This reboot is pathetic The game lacks the depth of the original and instead focuses on getting you to buy in game upgrades with real money and post statuses to your Facebook profile every time you do anything Pathetic

Im so tired of this style of game I played the original evil genius PC game and really enjoyed it despite some bugs Id much rather play a port of that or a sequel than just another typical freemium iPhone game More of the same

Update after playing a little longer They really need to port the original in here Your minions dont defend from random attacks I miss the colored circles of influence I dibt even think they fight at all There also needs to be a way to collect free gems It seems anything that is remotely cool and awesome to have costs gems Sadly this game was one of the reasons why i upgraded to the iphone 6 plus And its nothing like id thought it would be Someone earlier mentioned that they used dungeon keepers play style And theres a reason why it flopped Not exactly like the original but close Hopefully eventually they can make it more like the pc game The constant reminders to do tasks is annoying in the beginning Its like just lemme play already Tutorial was a little too quick A help hid would be good Cuz I forget how to get more minions Or what that lock icon means Also to be able to zoom out a bit more would be great Seems a little too close for my taste Hrmm

Im a giant fan of the PC game so when I saw this I was very excited The gameplay is your typical Freemium game but the look and feel remind me so much of the PC game that I get a bit of a nostalgic feeling while playing it This will keep me entertained for a while One of the things which annoys me about the game is that there is no way to buy your way past the annoying advertisements Having to see one every time you lock your device and come back to the game annoyed me enough to come and write this review Please institute a premium purchase that would give us the ability to not have to see ads So much potential but some annoyances

Stays stuck at the loading screen running on an iPhone 5S iOS 8 Wont load

It lasted all of 24 hours Now I can no longer get the game to open FRUSTRATING I have reset my iPhone I have uninstalled and reinstalled but didnt help UPDATE when I try to contact support they just straight up ignore me RUDE Uninstalling and wont be bothering with this crap again Fun addictive BUT

And by funk I mean funky This game feels like it was ported from Windows 98 with an original Simslike feel now with freemium and not even very interesting gameplay Vaguely amusing for an evening then just dull OldSchool Funk

Im on an iPad Air 1st gen Its a bit much with the layout and GUI You cant zoom out enough to see your lair like I would like but its acceptable for the most part The UI is a bit odd and takes some time to get used to A little clumsy and annoying at times Ive leveled up a few times before I had any clue about what I was trying to accomplish It crashed once early on I played the PC version years ago and enjoyed it This is as close as youll get I imagine but still not quite the same I realize they want you to pay I get it and I agree but theres a point youll reach where youll either pay or walk away Ill most likely contribute a few bucks to say thanks but thatll be all I can stomach unfortunately Eh not bad Eh not bad really

I like a lot about this game Would be 5 stars if the premium currency was more reasonably priced or there were reasonable opportunity to earn it in game Thanks for fixing

After I read about this game online somewhere I decided that I wanted to play it After all it looks good which was what I found to be interesting about it However once I got the game I discovered that it was not compatible on my ipod touch Can you fix this game so that way it will be compatible on ipod touches and I can play it please Thank you Otherwise I wont be able to play it on my ipod touch which I have not been able to because of compatibility issues Thank you Not compatible on an ipod

Somehow it happened again Another fun pc game got ported into an iOS app and I got excited But just like Dungeon Keeper before it the developers decided to make a freemium game out of it that has too long of wait times and too many resources to manage without buying the gems for real money Highly polished and designed Great music Unplayable by anyone who doesnt want to feed the monster They Dungeon Keepered it

A lot of the games missions require connecting with friends or items require gems to buy In either case you cant get anywhere on your own I would rather pay a moderate price for the game and be able to play in perpetuity than to pony up for ridiculously overpriced gems or spam my friends to join up Thanks but goodbye Evil Genius You were a blast in the PC but in the New World your an average pain in the butt Good as an app and occasional game BUT

Ive been waiting a long time for this game to come out Now that its here slightly disappointed as I played the original so much but it is a great adaptation for a phone game Highly recommend Been a long time coming

I love this game so glad I found it One small thing there should be a way to earn maybe just a couple of free diamonds a day Or maybe an exchange you take game money and buy some diamonds MrBig

The original Evil Genius was epic and entertaining This version uses most of the same ideas with a long term concept Its fun but slow The biggest draw back is the EGO server constant disconnect always booting u out I spend at least a combined 2hrs trying to reconnect each day Other then EGO server the game has potential They almost had it

I can run Infinity Blade III on my iPad 4th Gen but not Evil Genius Than seems pretty silly You may want to tweak a few things as that is cutting off a portion of your players Also the game has no depth or reason to play it If it wasnt for the branding the game would be completely pointless That is unless you like constant ads bombarding you after you launch or do anything in the game Because you know that is pretty fun Not Ready For World Domination

Just like any other timebased freemium paid to win app Save yourself the time if you dont like these type of games If you really want to play evil genius play on Steam and on the PC A Poor Port

Great game A lot of fun At first I thought it was hard to gather some items but if you just ask the community people send them to you no problem I would highly recommend trying it out Although Im still waiting for the global domination to come out Im not sure what it is but I am looking forward to it Really fun and original

I played Evil Genius back on PC and loved it This version has some of the charme and some of the mechanics and in principle it is fun BUT I play it daily since it came out still I dont really have a purpose All I do is complete the ever new and more demanding missions without really knowing why It feels more like always dragging behind than playing and having fun Second I rarely came across a FTP game that dishes out the premium currency THIS little After all this time playing I have accumulated a total of just seven diamonds I understand you want us to pay but it should be possible to at least buy something after a while of playing Not good enough yet

Loved the original This version has the same potential but puts far too much emphasis on community not a lot of people play so not a lot to build on or premium lack premium prevents reasonable progression Most freemium games make you pay to speed things up or get optional items This game feeds you premium very slowly and you often need it to continue Good potential Cannot progress without premium or community

The game is amazing but There are many things that I hate Such as the long wait times I know most games have them but I think they should not be implemented into the game No worries this game is amazing and I love the fact that you can create your own little lair with little gadgets and what nots Overall I give this a 4 star I will give it 5 if they reduce the time to build etc Amazing but
