Since I don t receive paper billing I opted for email billing and my email doesn t tell me outstanding balance I have to login to FATHOM website to view my bill for water trash and sewer This app makes it convenient for me to check my balance I don t pay using the app so I don t know how that works I pay all my bills using Chase BillPay One stop spot to pay all my bills Great app for my needs                     Great for what I use it for DJ 911

I can sign up but then nothing works When I try to view bill it just shows 0 due When I try to look at previous history it says data object not set I can t do or see a single thing in this useless app     Trash doesn t work mysticbluebmw

Back to the drawing board on UX Fathom Every time you leave the app it takes you back to the login screen Let s say you use a password manager for your random password Fine that gets you through the login page Now you want to pay the bill so you go back to your password manager for the account number Bing You re logged out so now instead of copying and pasting the account number you get to go back and copy the password instead See the Catch 22 The UI is the same for the web page but without the obnoxious auto logout behavior So scratch one app in favor of the browser     Not worth the free price SoCal Dan

Before this latest update I could login and review pay my bill with ease however now the app does not recognize my login info I go to the website and login without issue so it is only the app that is having the problem Please correct this app made life simpler     Latest update needs an update Jemofhope
